I cannot stop listening to this for some reason this week, to the point I’m even tolerating London Boy (it’s still awful in every way but it’s kind of got some charm 😭😂) There’s honestly so many gems on this album! (And all the non-Lover song singles get far too much hate)

This finally hit #1 on US Spotify for the first time ever today! :cheeseblock: The 5th song from Lover to go to #1 on US Spotify (and seven top 2’s!) Anyway looks like the hot 100 is a no go this week as the maga guy chart points are huge now 😭😭 hopefully it gets disqualified but I doubt it. It’s also up to #3 on US Spotify today ew. 🤮

Ahh incredible I hope she gets the #1!!! I think Olivia shouldn’t be a threat (unless bad idea right has a good 4 u trajectory) and I think she should overtake Morgan this week. Luke Combs seems to be the biggest threat (he’s released live versions + discounts etc this week, but they don’t seem to be having a major impact). Or at absolute worst, that new right-wing song that’s #1 on iTunes and doing well on streaming too. I also wonder if this could repeak at #3 here this week?! It’s 5 in the mids, I think CS will overtake bad idea right and it’s also ahead of vampire on Apple Music & just 2k streams behind it on spotify.

Finally caved in and listened to You’re Losing Me and :cheeseblock: Need this (properly) on streaming asap, whew a masterpiece!! (Guess maybe we’ll get it on streaming for Midnights’ anniversary in October?)

A new version is out today with one new song (How Do I Do This), the interlude extended, blindsided with the outro she’s been performing since release and a live version of Penthouse! Still easily one of the best releases this year :cheeseblock: (I was kinda hoping she’d extend this project into a full length album but I doubt that’ll happen now)

I really thought sweeter than fiction and bad blood Kendrick Version would be on this but now I’m less sure with five vault tracks. Wonder if the former gets the hunger games soundtrack songs treatment, and the latter doesn’t get re-recorded?

Unless I’m blind, I can’t see the new alternative artworks?? (They’re hidden by 1989 on colour backgrounds) Low-key not massive on the main new artwork at all oops, it lacks the iconic feel of the original! (So I wanna see the alternative ones!!) also kinda wished for more than 5 vault tracks! Apart from that, everything’s perfect!!!
