  4. um, I came across an ID from Ultra Music Festival that features James Blunt so now I have an idea how an upsoming release should sound like. Of course it can undergo some changes. Here it is: v-wTLu8HMAI p.s. I think it'll probably grow on me...4 months later. Unfortunately, sometimes Blunt's vocals are painful and incomprehensible IMO.
  5. Harris syndrome plagues slowly but effectively :D Anyway, excited to hear the full version.
  6. I assume the very first decade wasn't really decade  --- iSpy really deserves to smash! Also excited to see any ESC entries in the top 100 this week. Moldova/Portugal/UK/Belgium have the closest chances.
  7. I'm in the opposite; generally speaking, his latest singles weren't so radio-friendly (despite the overall obvious smoothness of the sound), so I wonder if he can get another top-40 hit this year and the following one cuz I don't cherish the hopes for upcoming single. Anyway, he apparently stays the producer whose tracks are sort of average playlist fillers but rather pleasurable to listen to.

  9. I find him as a normal guy with no deviances. He said what he said, it's his opinion. Here are your opinions. Some are well explained, some are too emotional. Your ones. And the absolute truth seems to lay just in the middle. p.s. Estonia's landslide in jury voting is really q.e.d.
  10. anyway, it's still SONG contest haha. I can relate to his speech tbh as I absolutely hated Moldova's performance, they were tryin to earn some hype on their 2010 performance when they finished in the bottom 5 (with an incredible song btw), now it ALL has been reversed. Well done Salvador!
  11. Romanian points look reeeally disappointing.
  12. 12 points go to...NO WAY
  13. ok, so here are my rankings: Ukraine: 10/10 Romania: 9/10 The Netherlands: 8/10 Portugal > Hungary > Croatia > UK > France > Poland: 7/10 Armenia: 6.5/10 Austria > Israel: 6/10 Norway > Italy > Spain > Cyprus: 5/10 Sweden > Denmark > Germany > Australia: 4/10 Bulgaria > Azerbaijan > Greece > Moldova > Belarus: 3/10 Belgium: 2/10 Just my opinion. Honestly, will be equally glad to see (almost) every song at #1 cuz Ukraine just can't win twice in a row. Hope The Netherlands won't be the last top 5 contenders. Also there was a lovely performance from Armenian singer
  14. THE POWAH OF YODEL  Bring it on, Romania!
  15. it sounds like Jack U - Take U There (feat. Kiesza), but even more weird and rap-influented.
  16. Apparently it's Diplo's single. Sounds pretty decent for them all, like the Young Thug part for some reason. Biebs tho

  19. I'd like to share this with you guys: HrlmafSW6U4 Arilena Ara is one of the great amount of Albanian conquerors in pop music. She won the local X Factor Albania 2 about 4 years ago in the age of 14. Her single 'Nёntori' (stands for 'November') appears to be the welcome guest on Eastern Europe countries and Russia in particular, being remixed by Bess (another version is Beverly Pills remix). Lyrics are kinda tragic, and Arilena's voice perfectly reflects the mood of the song; it's about losing her sweetheart in November and cursing the month for cruelty. The song, performed in Albanian, treasures up its own charm even in version, but I personally like both remixes. Hope you'll like it too. p.s. there's an English language treatment coming up soon.
  20. Damn, this is brilliant! Thank you so much for sharing! As definitely not a fan of Amy Winehouse, can't really compare Joanna's vox with Amy's one. Anyway, it's quite suitable for the cover without any comparison!
  21. Nothing really special for me, soz guys.

  24. Is she a favourite? Are you kidding? Well, if you're looking for a crystal clear singer with human qualities and limitations showed off naturally, that's gonna satisfy you, I think. If you don't wanna see the grown-up girl from Sigma/Birdy 'Find Me' video with Birdy's hoarse trembling voice, then try another country this year. So do I. Sorry if anyone's been offended.
  25. 7/10 this time. Surprised that people ain't keen on Irish contestant, I find him very artistic btw, cool voice tho! Go The Dutch Sugababes! ^_^ (or another girl trio which I'd rather keep unnamed to avoid booing from other girl bands' fan groups who probably gonna kick me out for my incompetence)
