Also what makes the original more attractive is Grigory Leps' voice being less...um...messy. Back in 2009, Welcome To St. Tropez was released by Timati and made some noise in Russian music market (this version was rather chilly); the same (if not more) buzz was around DJ Antoine remix in 2011, with fluence across the Europe. Remix had it's own uniqueness, and people were buying/listening to it gladly. Can't say the same about London, sorry. p.s. just forgot to say the main idea - yes, this sound would be greeted well some years ago, anyway I'm not sure if it's okay for our days.
