Anyone see E4's new piss funny show where a bunch of lads who used to be in bands have to pretend to be a girl band. havent laughed for that long since i first discovered Snakes On A Plane. if you thought lisa scott lee was car crash tv, you aint seen nothing yet :lol: :dance: :lol:
however at the start it saud that manager Nathan Moore was in a successful boyband called Worlds Apart in the 1990s. wondering if there were any fans of him from then.

Not in a LONG time but... they aren't similar at all. The shows from the 60's were so silly and ridiculous and there were jokes and songs. Batman and Robin tried to be so serious and wise. So did Batman Forever, although I didn't hate that one quite as much.
it looks like you've got someone from batman in your avatar :lol: :lol: scary woman

I've got to admit that I really like the cartoon based genre but at the moment there just making a whole load of c**p ones like Chicken Little and Shark Tale, and thinking big name starts can get them high up the box office when it can but the reviews for the films ar awful.
i like cartoons (especially Spirited Away, Howl's etc and other animation things like Wallace and Gromit and Corpse Bride), however it seem that studios are just gonna go overboard and rush out substandard stuff

I haven't ever really liked any of his solo stuff I've heard tbh. The Smiths were far better...
however i suppose its hard to compare if you have to come to the Smiths backwards from Morrissey's recent solo stuff hard to put in persective when all you've got is q magazine specials and you dont know what it was like of the time

What about Aneka Japanese Boy :D
08/08/1981 Aneka Japanese Boy 1 60-19-4-{1}-2-3-6-13-21-34-49-62->12
07/11/1981 Aneka Little Lady 50 64-{50}-59-70->4
however the first one in the book (a number one followed by a non-top 20 record is), which might be shocking for some. ABBA with Waterloo which was followed by Ring Ring number 32

They had 10 hits in the 60s including 2 #1s and a #2.
They were a 5 piece band at this time - Barry, Robin & Maurice Gibb - Colin Peterson (drummer), Vince Melouney (lead guitar)
The hits were:
1967 - New York Mining Disaster 1941 - #12
1967 - To Love Somebody - #41
1967 - Massachusettes - #1
1967 - World - #9
1968 - Words - #8
1968 - Jumbo - #25
1968 - I've Gotta Get A Message To You - #1
1969 - First Of May - #6
1969 - Tomorrow Tomorrow - #23
1969 - Don't Forget To Remember - #2
They then split for a short time and then became a 3 piece band
After the split in 1969 Robin had a #2 solo hit with Saved By The Bell.
however i was right about 1 thing! the only 1980s record by the bee gees anyone will know is the one that was on this morning You win again which was followed up by the number 51 smash hit ESP (and yes i have looked in the book :lol:)
