It'd be nice for P!nk to actually get a number 1 album in the US but I feel like that good music album will get it :( i'm surprised they think Carly will only do 100k that seems a little low given how big Call Me Maybe was.

I'm wondering if this will be the song she'll be performing at the VMA's? It would be a great way to jumpstart promotion for it!

I'm pretty sure that's real as it's on her facebook and i assume twitter page along with the full version of the song...sounds the same as the one uploaded the other day just longer.

Sigh...if only she released something sooner after Loose maybe she'd still have some relevancy today...Parking Lot was the only thing i've heard so far (based on that live performance) that sounded promising but now that i've heard the studio version...its just not that great, can't see it going anywhere. Its a shame she's having so much trouble getting a hit again, at this rate she'd have to team up with someone like Rihanna, Beyonce or David Guetta in order to have success.

Will Maroon 5 and Gotye ever go away :cry: its beyond ridiculous that they are still top 10 even though they're barely top 30 on itunes now...is their radio play still that good? surely radio are sick to death of spinning those songs...and one would think the american audience is sick to death of hearing them. Plus its preventing other songs who should be top 10 from getting there or going higher because of it.

They need to move on to another single, Dark Side was over forever ago in the UK and its taking FOREVER to pick up here, they need to get something more radio friendly like I Forgive You out there before the project dies.

I hope she keeps the same musicians she had on the funhouse tour for this one! they're all really good and they all seem to get on well.

I agree with Elton on his first point as well, the stuff she was making back in the 90's early 00's had far more depth and maturity than what she's making now...GGW and GAYL are jokes compared to songs like Frozen, Nothing Really Matters etc. The there's 'Masterpiece' which sticks out like a sore thumb on the album because its probably the best thing she's done since confessions, and is the direction I feel like she should have gone in. That said her career is hardly over since she's still selling out arenas and there is still quite a lot of interest in her.

The 'Try' single cover reminds me of the 'Try This' era artwork.

I was just browsing Wikipedia and i noticed on the 'Stronger' album page it has Breaking Your Own Heart listed as the next single and down for a September 5th release....I'm praying this isn't true and that its just someone just randomly putting it on there.

Not sure how I feel about the new video, def not what i was expecting, its a bit 'tame' for her, at least for an upbeat angry-break up track, I'll probably need to watch it a few more times for it to click, I get the same vibe from this as I do from the funhouse tour videos.

Can't get over how gorgeous they all look, its still seems so surreal though that after all this time they're back together.

I think its a pretty good song, definitely better than I Can Feel You and the snooze fest that was Absolutely Positively...And im glad to see she's gone back to her old look, she looks a million times better than she did on her last album.

Wow that was fast! it was barely top 30 this whole week! I'm so happy she's finally in the top 10 on itunes, I was surprised she hadn't gone in immediately given her last two releases were so huge, but its good to see it taking off now.

I loved Walking On Snow and No Parade, I thought either one could have been a singe off the last album.

It's starting to fall in the US on itunes :( down to #32, i think at its highest it was #29. Im sure it'll climb again once radio play picks up though.

I'm loving this, it gets better with each listen, she's #31 on itunes now.

I LOL'd at the title when she announced it, she definitely hasn't changed a bit! can't wait to hear it, only a few more weeks :D

This has finally made an appearance on US itunes top 200...#186 its a start I guess.

I can't wait for them to come to the USA, hopefully this means i'll finally get the chance to see them live!
