I must say im quite pleased with it, i didnt like the Gimme More video at all, but this is more like the old Britney which is really great to see hopefully this will help boost the song.

Yay Jordin sparks has her first top 10 single!! Nice to see Natasha up a little again this week too. Hopefully Alicia or Timbaland can have the Christmas #1 this year i'll be really pissed if that flo rida song gets it.

Can't speak french is not a bad song, but it would not make a good single, its too boring and bland and unlike CTS it seems to get more boring with every listen,and i have a bad feeling its gonna be the next single cuz they've performed at live at the local already and even Nicola in that track review thing on their website said something about it probably being the next single. I know nothings confirmed but it just seems so likely that they'd completley ignore the amazing tracks like CTL and GO and go with this instead.

Im too used to the dance remix of it, this version seems too slow n boring now but either way i hope its a hit!!

Well this is one asepct of the sugababes that will never change, picking crappy choices for singles and ignoring the amazing tracks.

They're both on youtube now too! oh and On my way to satisfaction is the mystery song from Home Truths!!!!! I can't believe we finally get to hear it, i thought it would've been locked away forever, not only that but this song is also what was once called Red Raw (i assume this since they say the words in the song), so that solves another mystery.

I want her to take as much time as she needs with this album, i don't want another Try This, i know its hard to imagine something better than Im Not Dead, but then again im sure thats what everyone said when they heard M!ssundazstood, she's very talented and im sure she can come up with another album packed with amazing songs.

Merry Xmas Everybody isnt one of their best, i would have preferred shared vocals, not them singing in unison...anyways my favorites from that album were I Wish It Could Be Xmas Everyday,White Christmas, Jingle Bell Rock and of course Count The Days :wub:

Ok well i dont disagree with you on the writting credits, all im saying is except JALB all of the singles she's done as a solo artist have her featuring with someone or vice versa, or have had her sampling another song. Even if she didnt write JALB it was the only song she released that was original, at least im pretty sure, and it flopped. All im saying is can she even have a hit song without having to use someone elses name or work to do it?

She's had a lot of success with Loose, hopefully she'll continue to work with Timbaland and keep putting out amazing songs. She's gonna need to keep doing the RnB thing for the US as that seems to have given her the most success. Songs like AGT and IGH are really nice album tracks but really would never work as singles over here.

In all honesty, all her songs shes had to have "help" with in order to have success... Real Girl sampled a Lenny Kravitz song, which IMO made the song what is was, Groove Armada are the ones responsible for Song 4 Mutya (which could have been anyones really), and B Boy Baby has Amy on it, which will probably make it a hit, the only song of hers that was all her was JALB and we all saw what happened to that. I like Mutya but it would be nice if she could have at least one hit song that was written by her, doesnt feature anyone and doesnt sample someone elses work.

Hmm I wonder if she's going to try and release some of her solo stuff in the US once she's done with the Spice Girls?? I can see Carolyna being a big hit over here.

Where did this information come from that these songs are being considered singles? Cuz i've heard that Close To Love and Girl Overboard in addition to Can't Speak French were the ones being considered. Can't Speak French would not be a good choice...its too slow and boring and we already have Call The Shots. They need a fast song.

Its their third, Sound Of The Underground and Something Kinda Ooooh were also a-list Congrats girls!!

I'd say downloads are to blame for a lot of it too, everyday a small amount of people hear a song and just download it since its there for the taking and they dont have to wait for the physical single to come out, and by the time the physical does come out a lot of people already have the track, or the whole album so theres no need to buy it again. thats my view.

I keep hearing Innocence getting played at the store I work at, its not a bad song, but she's already released KHO and WYG over here, and WYG didnt even make the top 20. She needs something fast a catchy, because as of now this is her worst era in the US.

I said Fling, that song is the perfect party starter lol! its gonna sound awesome when they do it live! Black Jacks and What You Cryin For? are close seconds though! I dont get why people dont like WYCF its so instant and catchy, I think Girl Overboard is overrated personally, its very good, but its missing something they need to have it remixed.

No, SKO was #5 on downloads alone, its their second best.

i wouldnt say its their weakest but im glad to see its doing well so far, maybe its having the same effect as the sugababes did with About You Now, the song is nothing groundbreaking, just a good pop song...maybe people just feel CTS is classy and refreshing from all the 'unconvential' pop songs GA usually do.

If I had to choose i'd say S club, Steps or B*Witched (my 3 fave pop groups of the 90's/ early 2000's), sadly they'd all flop if they came back. B*witched shot themselves in the foot with their second album, but they should have been given another chance, everyone underpeforms at some point. Now though the only one's who could possibly make it would be S Club since they've done r'n'bish stuff before and their sound was nowhere near as cheezy as steps.

I think Nicola's did a good job, i don't blame her if she was nervous, she's never really had a huge part in a song like that, not to mention it was the first performance on a huge show. As far as the other argument....SKO is a GA classic!! its one of their biggest and most memorable hits! Wake Me Up is the same way. Sexy isnt a bad song at all either, not their best, but not terrible, and Call The Shots is amazing.

No thats I'll Keep Waiting, I doubt this is true, because does she even have the rights to release Rain? not to mention all the sclub tracks with the other sclubbers on it? Right Here Waiting...isn't that a rod stewart song?

Well its quite different i must say, but in a good way. Although im not crazy about Keisha in the flower scenes, the other two look good though.
