  1. I really like it! the changes are subtle but effective, i can def see them playing this on US radios, I hope its another hit for her!!
  2. Already #5 on itunes in the US :cheer: doing amazing so far! hopefully it stays top 10 till the vid comes out! would love to see her get another #1 As far as the duet goes, id love for it to be with Jordin Sparks as she's my fave idol after Kelly! I wouldnt mind if it was with Adam Lambert or Daughtry either...it could even be with J.Lo :kink:
  3. Great news!! i totally expected pixie to be there, i hope they can hang on, but i fear it may fall as the week goes on, as thats usually what tends to happen to their singles, unless they get some good promo this week, either way it should be top 5 come sunday!
  4. The original version of this song was used in the Rogers and Hart play Babes In Arms, I remember my school putting on this play and i loved this song from it, i can't wait to hear the full version, I like gaga's voice on it.
  5. #19 On the hot 100 this week  her second single to reach the top 20!! hopefully it'll stay at #1 on itunes long enough for her to get enough sales to get top 10 on the hot 100 next week
  6. #16 On the hot 100 this week.
  7. As people have said this is different to anything she's ever done, it could end up going really well for her, orr it could end up flopping, 3 hits doesnt mean anything though unfortunately, circus had 3 hits and radar still bombed, although it was included on 2 different albums so thats probably another reason, I just want to see this re-ignite her album sales in the US, cuz she's still only on 650k right now and selling less than 10k a week, im concerned she's never gonna make it to 1 million :(
  8. I was born on June 22nd, since im from the US i thought i'd do Hot 100 Number 1's, but i also did UK number 1's too! Some songs im glad were #1 others im not a fan of, 2003 was definitely a horrible year for music especially in the US and especially for #1's, Beyonce was the only good 2003 #1 in the US. 1987: Lisa Lisa and Cult Jam- Head To Toe (Everyone expected Whitney's I Wanna Dance With Somebody to be #1 this week, but Lisa Lisa had an unexpected boost in sales, so Whitney went #1 the following week) 1988: Rick Astley - Together Forever 1989: New Kids On The Block - I'll Be Loving You Forever 1990: Roxette - It Must have Been Love 1991: Paula Abdul - Rush Rush 1992: Mariah Carey - I'll Be There  1993: Janet Jackson - That's The Way Love Goes 1994: All-4-One - I Swear 1995: Bryan Adams - Have You Ever Really Loved A Woman 1996: Bone Thugs-N-Harmony - Tha Crossroads 1997: Puff Daddy & Faith Evans - I'll Be Missing You 1998: Brandy & Monica - The Boy Is Mine  1999: Jennifer Lopez - If You Had My Love  2000: Aliyah - Try Again  2001: Christina, Lil Kim, Mya & Pink - Lady Marmalade  2002: Nelly - Hot In Herre 2003: 50 Cent Ft. Static Major - Lollipop :puke2: 2009: Black Eyed Peas - Boom Boom Pow :puke2: 2010: Katy Perry ft. Snoop Dogg - California Gurls 2011: Adele - Rolling In The Deep  1987: The Firm - Star Trekkin' 1988: The Tome Lords - Doctorin' The Tardis 1989: Jason Donovan - Seal It With A Kiss 1990: Elton John - Healing Hands/Sacrifice 1991: Color Me Badd - I Wanna Sex You Up 1992: Erasure: ABBA-esque *.* 1993: UB40: (I Can't Help) Falling In Love With You 1994: Wet Wet Wet - Love Is All Around 1995: Robson & Gerome - Unchained Melody/(There'll Be Bluebirds Over) The White Cliffs of Dover 1996: Fugees - Killing Me Softly 1997: Hanson - Mmm Bop 1998: Baddiel, Skinner & The Lightning Seeds - 3 Lions 98 1999: S Club 7 - Bring It All Back  2000: Sonique - It Feels So Good 2001: Shaggy - Angel 2002: Elvis Presley Vs. 9. As of last week her album has sold a around 263k in total in the US and it was at #188, I have no idea where it will be this week, but im guess she'll probably be out, and unless Wish You Were Here actually becomes a sizeable hit, which doesnt look likely, i can't even see it making it to 300k :(
  10. Propilot87 posted a post in a topic in Lady Gaga's Lady Gaga
Scheisse gets my vote, still the best song on the album in my opinion, Marry The Night should follow afterwards.
  11. LOL @ her getting up during that waste of life whoever he is' speech to give Adele a cigarette.
  12. That was it? that was the tribute? a bunch of little brats running around on stage for 90 seconds? what a let down
  13. She got one!!! she won Best Collaboration for ET :cheer:
  14. Very pleased! i thought for sure it would have been Adele or Katy, even she seemed pretty surprised, but i'm glad she was able to win :cheer:
  15. She didnt deserve this one...sorry, i like gaga but the BTW video is horrible, and has no message whatsoever, it should have gone to P!nk or maybe Katy.
  16. I'm pretty pleased with the overall results, i didnt expect DSOB to get that high, but looking back it was probably the most mature-sounding track they put out up until that point, the radio edit of this ruined the song though, they cut out the instrumental bits before the first and second verses and that was my favorite part. Surprised ITWYMMF didnt win, but OFS is a great track also so i think its a solid top 2, I also don't get the hate for LGAHOMH, i think its a great track, glad to see it in the top 10.
  17. #5 on US itunes now, this is doing much better than i thought it would, should def be top 20 on the hot 100 next week, maybe even top 10?
  18. Well I'll just go down the list One For Sorrow (Remix): I liked both versions of OFS it just depended on what mood i was in when i chose which one to listen too, this version as mentioned was used to launch them in the US and i do remember the video being played on TV here, except i forgot it was them in the video  , all i remembered from back in the day was Lisa dancing in front of the cheetah print! Oh and in case anyone was wondering, this reached #38 on the US dance/club charts, Im not sure if it ever cracked the hot 100. 5,6,7,8: havent listened to this in years...yikes was that cheesy, this has not aged well at all, but i do remember loving it so much back then. Heartbeat: I like the song, especially the last verse, but it is a bit on the cheesy side, if anything though it was the video that ruined it, i cringed watching it back in the day and i almost couldnt get through it now  Better The Devil You Know: clearly they were attempting another Heartbeat/Tragedy with SYBM/BTDYK (one album track/one unreleased track), it worked sort of I guess as i think it ended up in the 400k range, but this isnt as good as Kylie's, their costumes on tour were really un-imaginative weren't they? You'll Be Sorry: I never was really into it, although it didnt sound bad just listening to it again, there was much better left on the album, I still say Paradise Lost should have been the third single from Buzz Here And Now: I loved this one, but its not their strongest, i overplayed the single version and got sick of it, but i did really like this song a lot.
  19. Not too surprised yet, i knew 'Too Busy' would be last, i honestly never knew it was considered a double A-Side with ITWYMMF anyways, given the fact its not on the GH, was never performed on tour to my knowledge and has no official video. When I Said Goodbye took forever to grow on me, its pretty boring, there was much better left on the album I Surrender and Never Say Never Again come to mind, but if they were going for ballads I Think It's love or Since You Took Your Love Away would have been much better. I actually liked I Know Him So Well, it was a weird single choice given that it was a pretty old track when they picked it, but i think the vocals were nice on it.
  20. I like this, not their best but not their worst either, but im so happy they're back :cheer: def a guilty pleasure of mine! If i were to rank their singles i'd rank them as: Say It Some Kinda Rush Dance Dance This Night Don't Mess With My Man Boogie 2Nite Shine
  21. Well she's definitely in a good position in to go top 10 in the US, #13 on itunes and the VMA's are right around the corner and obviously she's got something over the top planned so it could very well do a Paparazzi effect and end up pretty high on itunes after the performance and possibly go top 10 on the hot 100 in the next week or so.
  22. Faye looks the best in that picture, followed by Claire, the other three look terrible, especially Lisa...why oh why did she ever get a nose job  Also don't get me wrong I'm glad they're putting out an GH and all but its hardly any different than Gold aside from IKHSW and YBS being included and BDD and OIMD not being included, and of all songs they could have put as a bonus track did it have to be Dancing Queen? if they had to choose a cover there was nothing else they could have come up with?
  23. Wow didn't see that coming, i SOOOO hope its true! i love TFM, and i think its better than any of the other choices she's given us so far, at least for the US, i think this could be really big if released. I guess we'll see, and i love the single cover, hope its official!
  24. 06 5, 6, 7, 8 09 Last Thing On My Mind 10 One For Sorrow 07 Heartbeat 09 Tragedy 08 Better Best Forgotten 05 Thank Abba For The Music 10 Love's Got A Hold On My Heart 09 After The Love Has Gone 10 Say You'll Be Mine 05 Better The Devil You Know 06 Deeper Shade Of Blue 05 When I Said Goodbye 07 Summer Of Love 09 Stomp 11 It's The Way You Make Me Feel 05 Too Busy Thinking About My Baby 09 Here And Now 06 You'll Be Sorry 10 Chain Reaction 08 One For Sorrow (2001/Tony Moran US mix) 04 Words Are Not Enough 08 I Know Him So Well Most of their songs were great and def worthy of 8's 9's and 10's, but they did have a few i wasnt crazy about, most of their covers bar Tragedy and Chain Reaction I didnt care for, i also didnt like the radio edit of DSOB, as they cut all my favorite music bits out of it, also I would have prefered Paradise Lost over You'll Be Sorry as a single, and Words Are Not Enough was not a good way to end their career...but definitely think It's The Way You Make Me Feel is their best, it was soo good and should have been #1, but i also loved LGAHOMH, One For Sorrow and Chain Reaction (Claire's power ad libs at the end ) a lot too. 5 Claire 4 Faye 3 Lisa 2 Lee 1 H Loved Claire always will, her voice was amazing, honestly Faye and Lisa are tied as i really liked them both the same, mind you the Lisa I liked was Steps Lisa not Solo Lisa, in steps she was so bubbly and happy and had a great personality plus she got all the good solo songs, but once steps were over she became a laughing stock and an embarrassment  mostly cuz she was so desperate on getting a top 10 single, i guess she was so used to being top 5 with steps, only having one top 10 single that hit #6 and fell fast and then nothing else major following it up was pretty hard to swallow for her. I can't stand H, i thought he was obnoxious, especially during live performances with all the OOH OOH's he always did.
  25. So sad to hear about Taylors husband, wasnt expecting that to happen...on a more positive note i do look forward to BH this year as i think its my new favorite installment in the housewives series, and it looks like it will be epic! Jersey is my #2, NY was the former #1 but since bethenney's departure it hasnt been the same. The only series i truly disliked was DC :puke2: although im not big on Atlanta either (the first season was still the best). I felt so bad for Jacqueline, in the episode where they all confronted Ashley at the restaurant, Ashely really has no respect for anyone especially her mother and to say that "its not my problem that my mom chose to keep me instead of putting me up for adoption" was just horrible.
