London

Ummm…not sure how I feel about that  I mean obviously I’ll watch it!

Brilliant! Think she has a decent chance with some of these. All Too Well definitely deserves it !!

Oh good ! Hope so

Oh wow so it is eligible ! What do you think her chances are??

Yup, can’t wait :) I do love a good Taylor piano remix

That’s awesome. Thanks for sharing

Welcome Starlight, fellow Taylor stan! Good to have you here :cheer: Sparks Fly

That’s great news that she’s going on Graham Norton. Hope it’s the first of many promos ;) I don’t think we can compare this release with Red TV. It was already a huge album and a re-release. I’m guessing if there was going to be a single drop we’d already know about it? I miss the days of the album buildup with single releases, videos etc

666 - with quite different quantities!

Don’t know how I missed this thread! Such cute tidbits about Taylor.

I agree it’s got some hype. But I’m thinking more in terms of generating the hype needed with the general public to get it to number one over the arctic monkeys. A lead single next Friday would definitely be the best option.

I feel like it won’t have enough hype in the U.K. with the general public without a lead single - I think it’s needed.

Taylor turns all her fans hyper sensitive to ‘signs’ Seems like a lot has happened today. Someone called it yesterday that signed records would be released today! Great colab with Lana! Can not wait for this album.

Omg. Just watching the Winx saga season 2 on Netflix and they played pretty much the whole of Wildest Dreams in the background   Edit:

If any more versions come out, you’re going to need to start a new poll again. Updated version 702

Me too actually although I’m hoping for a bit of pop in there too!

With the release of Midnights on the 21st October & the rumour of a lead single coming as soon as this week, I thought I’d start this poll to see if anyone has any thoughts or predictions about the kind of sound midnights is going to present? Will Taylor continue in the Folk theme? Honestly I don’t think so… What do you think? And what would be your ideal sound? Edit: this was meant to come out as a poll. I’m not sure how I messed that up! Ops Maybe comment below if you have any thoughts!!

Really hope this is true !!!!

No way?? I’ve only ever seen about 5/6 at most

Haha. They’re not cheap either ! I haven’t gone quite as crazy as you – not even close. I’ve pre ordered: The original CD Jade Green CD Moonstone Blue CD (with Hand Signed Photo) I wish I could sack off the original CD and get a Blood Moon version but I looked at the returns policy and it’s complicated and I cba. And I also can’t bring myself to buy a 4th CD when the reality is I’ll probably just Spotify the album anyway

Lol. She probably plants the fakes.

So over these midnights mayhem things. Just give us a tune!

Yes please

I’m actually feeling more optimistic about a #1 debut. I’d change my prediction to 70,000 - 79,000…

Thanks - I can’t add mine in though because I’ve already voted. Kinda wish I hadn’t purchased the original Boring version
