Daylight has really come alive for me today. Ive played it on repeat. I don’t know why I didn’t realise how amazing it is before. Love the lyrics too. A fragile hope and optimism. And what a perfect end to the album too.

That’s a lyric from ‘The Archer!’ I’ve realised all the lyrics shown on the clocks on different songs are lyrics from Taylor songs that fit in with the ‘midnights theme’ Another example: the lyric when you play Cruel Summer is: My twisted knife, my sleepless night, my winless fight,’ which is a lyrics from … ‘Hoax’!

With a sentence too. For example listening to This Love right now and the clock is showing, pointing to midnight with the words: ‘I wake in the night, I pace like a ghost.’

Have you noticed that when you play any Taylor song on Spotify, it shows a clock pointing to midnight in the background now?!

With the release of TS10 ‘Midnights’ on the 21st October, we thought we’d start a poll to see where you think Midnights will debut, what it will sell and what you think its peak will be. As you are all aware, the Arctic Monkeys will also be releasing an album and this will somewhat complicate things. Please vote and leave your comments below. Of course ! I didn’t even think of week 2. With all formats seemingly being released for pre release, Taylor’s first week sales should be huge. It’s hard to know Artic Monkeys as they haven’t released anything for quite some time. I agree, an exciting week for album sales. I’ll release a poll soon to collate people’s thoughts :heart:
