I wasn’t sure what to expect from this. Was a bit underwhelmed when I saw that her first song back was a cover remix with Elton John. But… just gave it a first listen on Spotify and I think it sounds great. Such a cute photo too. Seems kinda poetic actually taking a step back in time when she was fearless and confident. Obviously I’ve just purchased it on itunes and will give it my allocated lot of streams.

Ah I knew this lawsuit was going on but hadn’t connected the dots. Makes sense why there’s a delay (that’s assuming it was ever meant to be released earlier). I wonder if she’ll wait or just release a different TV instead.

Thanks for posting - interested to hear this! It’s never been one of my favourites from the album so hoping Taylor’s version is an improvement on the original. She’s really getting her Taylor’s versions / new songs to be used as soundtracks!

It’s an interesting point actually because in the two Taylor’s Version albums so far, my favourite songs have been album tracks / previously unreleased songs rather than the bigger hits which I’ve not necessarily preferred Taylor’s version of. Although the 10 minute version of All Too Well has been my fav of all. I also loved This Love :wub:

I like it - it would have fit quite nicely in Folklore. Deffo background music for me. I don’t wanna say something controversial here but I’m kinda ready to move away from the folk sound. Maybe some vault tracks from speak now or 1989? Yeah, that would fit nicely right now…
