Does anyone know if Lazytown - The New Album made it into the Top 100 or into the chart at all? It was 10 in my local Sainsbury's and 22 in Smiths so I'm surprised its not higher...

But Japan does have twice the population. Total Single Top 10 sales in UK: 160,107 Total Single Top 10 Sales in Japan: 247,578 So per person, more singles are still being sold in the UK.

Japan seems to love her as well: She has been in the top 10 Albums for 8 weeks and sold 673,000 copies!

I really don't see how you can 'hate' it... Its not trying to be the latest pop song with talented singers. Its great to see something actually different...

Thanks for these weekly resumes! The Japanese charts always seem to have a very good variety, e.g. Western as well as Japanese artists, young acts, different genres...
