Kylie Christmas ● album discussion
Why 'At Christmas' isn't reduced to 59p on iTunes from today is beyond me! It needs that to get it noticed and hopefully move up the iTunes chart - in turn drawing attention to the Album

Kylie Christmas ● album discussion
Yeah it's now added to the "Christmas Is Coming" & "Christmas Party" playlists - nice to see It was already on the Topsify "100 Greatest Christmas Songs Ever" Pity they wouldn't replace 'Christmas Wrapping (with Iggy Pop)' with 'At Christmas' on the "Christmas Pop" playlist - as that's the Xmas playlist with the biggest number of followers

Say SomethInc.
I feel a 'stand-alone-single' in a Timebomb style release in my bones. A real stomper with a clever & visually exciting video please please Just to remind the world what she's capable of

Kylie ● UK Chart Runs & Sales
Did you ever get a sales figure for 'Kylie Christmas' last week when it was at #22?

Kylie Christmas ● 13th Studio Album ● Part I
The good thing about 'Only You' is that it isn't solely an Xmas song. If it got a bit of publicity post Christmas it could keep selling once the traditional Christmas songs disappear.

Rhythm Of Love
This album is one of my favourites. Not so concerned with the early rounds but it's going to be so so tough to pick a least favourite track as we narrow it down.

Kylie Christmas ● 13th Studio Album ● Part I
I think James Corden's last 'Late Late Show' is on Thursday night (17th) before a Christmas/New Year break - so no chance of Kylie being on it. Re- the Amazon sales. I don't imagine the CD bought in Germany from UK will count on either chart (particularly if it's a marketplace trader/seller) :( The pricing strategy is really bizarre - I noticed the Deluxe CD/DVD actually rose in price a couple of days ago on Amazon to £13.99 which is higher than it's ever been. I always wondered whether the marketplace Amazon sales count for the chart at all even though it's New stock from what are probably independent record shops in some cases?? The Kylie store having no stock of the Deluxe or the vinyl for nearly a week already is just madness too. But enough of the distribution/pricing worries - I so want Kylie to perform EDLC or CICTYGH on a proper TV slot

Royal Albert Hall tonight for #KylieChristmas in all it's glory - can-not-wait!!!

Kylie Christmas ● 13th Studio Album ● Part I
Nice to see the album cleared 7K on week 2 - it was annoying not having a figure for it. RE Royal Variety It seems it only really stopped the album from dropping further on iTunes and kept it more stable.

Kylie Christmas ● 13th Studio Album ● Part I
I'm only guessing but thought she might have been pre-recording her special for Radio 2 on Xmas Day

Kylie Christmas ● 13th Studio Album ● Part I
Still been climbing a bit - up to #36 Seems to be stalling though

Kylie Christmas ● 13th Studio Album ● Part I
So I see - hopefully the release date quoted on popjustice refers to and/or a CD /7" pic disc on the 18th

Kylie Christmas ● 13th Studio Album ● Part I
Most probably correct The thing is, Every Day's Like Christmas has all the makings of a bonafide Christmas hit. If only radio supports it (that's a big IF!)

Kylie Christmas ● 13th Studio Album ● Part I
At the bottom of the PopJustice article it says it's released December 18th

Kylie Christmas ● 13th Studio Album ● Part I
Will be interesting to see where she's sitting in today's chart update later - thinking Top 20 & Hope it doesn't drop too much as the week progresses

Kylie Christmas ● 13th Studio Album ● Part I
PaddyPower have 'Only You' as 7th favourite for Xmas #1 at 20-1. I'm wondering has the #shouldhavebeenkylie campaign for it to replace Aurora in the John Lewis ad become a possibility? Moreso because (from what we are led to believe) Kylie has filmed a video for her 'proper' Christmas single which is surely going to arrive over the course of the next week & I would hope it's a better contender for chart action than 'Only You' Gonna be interesting to see what unfolds. Anyway the big push for the #shouldhavebeenkylie campaign is happening from 11am tomorrow.

Kylie Christmas ● 13th Studio Album ● Part I
The vinyl sales should help a lttle bit this week but not a massive amount. The Amazon deal will give a slight boost but it's not a very visible on the site - nor is it as big an offer as a lot of the other albums. One big problem could be that it needs to be charting on the instore Supermarket charts again ASAP - so that it'll draw the casual buyers that this type of release is relying on. Hope there is some sort of boost to get it there sooner rather than later

Kylie Christmas ● 13th Studio Album ● Part I
I'm hoping it holds up a little better than that. Think it should remain Top 30 this week. The video she filmed two and a half weeks ago might be ready soon too ..... hoping wishing

The Guardian 'review' wouldn't qualify as a review. It doesn't critique the album at all and would almost make you think he hadn't actually listened to the full album

Kylie Christmas ● 13th Studio Album ● Part I
She might claw back a little on Ben by tomorrow. I think the last of Ben's HMV Signings was yesterday, so he won't have that to boost his sales for today. It won't be enough though. I guess the real question is, will The Beatles leapfrog Kylie & Ben to take the #10 spot??

Last chart of 2015...
That's nice and simple for closing up this year's sales & opening up fresh for 2016. The short chart week during the changeover to Global Release Fridays has rather conveniently helped tidy things up for this year as the '53 week sales year' for 2015 is actually a little shorter
