However, this seems contradictory if it's taken into consideration that it received several adds on 8/23, so there's a possibility that the impact date has been brought forward too.

Based of the aforementioned, I'm inclined to think that the impact date is going to be on September 13.Contrary to what I mentioned before, it goes for adds this Tuesday (8/30). As a consequence, Interscope is going to impact two songs from their roster that day: "Make You Say" and "Hold Me Closer".
