Just got round to listening to this. Very good, not a sensational 10/10 but it's his first solo album, so I wasn't truly expecting it to be. I do agree with Joseph a little, some of the tracks did blend into each other, but still found it enjoyable to listen to nonetheless, and i'm sure on repeated listens it'll start to distinguish itself for me (I had similar issues with Made In The AM to begin with :lol: ) Highlight was Truth, and Wrong, personally, really, really liked those two. Yeah, decent album, excited to see where he progresses from here :)

Yeah that video pic didn't give me lightening vibes, i don't think that'll be it. But if it is, I'd be very excited to see what they do video wise in that case. Though I have to agree, single wise I don't think it's the smartest choice. Still think it's Hair tbh :lol: :wub:

Perfection, up there with their best work completely. Agree with Hurricane this would easily be one of their best selling singles with better airplay, it really struck well with the general public. It'll be their next song to get certified no doubt, whenever that happens. I wouldn't have been surprised, with better airplay, if this had been one of their classic, challenge for number 1, but end up at 2 or 3 songs. Still as mad about it today, as I was when it premiered tbh. Love it!! :wub: :wub:

I agree about Leave A Light On, would have been the perfect single to round off the LFTW era, it's a shame it never got a release after Not Giving Up, but I get why, with low sales, etc. The frustrating thing about LFTW for me is the highs on it (Disco Love, Not Giving Up) are up there with their best work, and it has other great tracks as well (What About Us, 30 Days, Leave A Light On, Anywhere With You, Wildfire, Lease My Love, maybe even Gentleman on the right day) but the overall cohesion and production of the album is so messy, and I agree, cheap, and it has it's share of such clunkers (DON'T LET ME DANCE ALONE) that it just spoils it completely *sigh*

tbf i don't think we can really hope for much better sales wise, given the time of year, and how long it's been out. To still be shipping out 7-8 thousand sales each week, when it's nearly april, and the album was released in november is great all round I think, and is chipping away nicely at double plat, it's all about their chart run now, and getting as any weeks top 10 as they can! for an album by a girlband to be released 20 weeks ago, and this will be it's 16th? 17th? week in the top 10, is nothing short of sensational these days :wub: plus with them filming the video for single 4, they look set for BGT performance slot, which should see them get another top 20 hit (potench silver cert) and a couple more weeks top 10 for the album, which would be just amazing! :cheer:
