aYWCr7lqMbE Anybody who feels nostalgic for UK Garage from around 2000 go and check this out! Southampton based DJ FooR has tweaked the original version of '3 Words' making it more of a song. The drop is a nod to 2017 and has already seen airplay on late night R1/1Xtra. Honestly this is the kind of dance music I can get behind! Apart from 'You and Me', 'Touch' and 'When The Bassline Drops', we haven't had many garage hits this decade and hopefully that trend can be reversed. Think this would sit very comfortably on the radio too.

Late 2012-Late 2014 When Disclosure and Rudimental blew up, songs like Au Seve and The Renegade crossed over and the charts started seeing hits influenced by deep house, drum & bass and garage. Been in decline since.

I think Sam Smith's lead single will be more upbeat than people are expecting actually - fingers crossed for a Disclosure production! Another Migos album is scheduled for October so that may cover that prediction too. Redbone by Childish Gambino will be re-pushed, but will fail to make the Top 40. Bodak Yellow by Cardi B will be a long runner outside the Top 40. One US rap hit will go viral and be massive.
