Just checked the sleeve art for this on amazon... VERY disappointing - they're carrying on the same ugly design of the first remix album. Long gone are the days when Depeche were the frontrunners in stunning sleeve design...... 'Playing The Angel', in particular, is shockingly terrible...... thanks, Mr Corbijn.... :( A decent photographer doth not make a great designer. Or something like that :P

The vocals on the re-recorded WH just sound a bit...off. And it sounds like she recorded them with half a care.... the original is far far superior to my ears.

Daniel Powter really is a shockingly terrible, bland, MOR load of old slush..... but I voted, again, for the phenomenally awful Black Eyed Peas - truly hilariously terrible. As for the final 3 being an inevitable Sugababes / Madonna / Kelly Clarkson..... are we at Buzzjack REALLY so musically retarded as to consider Kelly Clarkson worthy of....anything? Especially the vapid, dumb nonsense that is Since You Been Gone. Overwhelmingly vile.

Don't forget, she's already re-recorded Wuthering Heights once - for the Whole Story compilation.... it was disastrous...
