So you think someone like Merkel who believes marriage should only be between a man and a woman is a "leader of the free world". Not a chance.

I don't know why liberals are obsessed with calling Merkel "leader of the free world", she voted against gay marriage a couple of months ago!!

Merkel has officially delivered the worst result for her party since the Second World War, lets see how long it takes her to form a majority government compared to Theresa May. Possibly before Christmas if she's lucky,

2017 UK election - Theresa May has 42% of the vote Germany election - Angela Merkel has 33% of the vote I bet the Polish and Hungarian governments are laughing so hard at Merkel right now. I hope AfD go hard on Merkel now and give that globalist wretch some real opposition in the German parliament for once.
  5. Great news. The OCC did the right thing here. Now I'm going to be busy nerding out on this new million sellers list.
  6. Don't assume where I get my news from and lecture me that I have a problem with facts, that's really patronising.
  7. You're wrong. I hardly watch or read from the mainstream media anymore, too much fake news from the left and the right wing media. Anyway my point still stands, if people was as easily informed in 1975 about the EU like we are today then the UK would never have stayed in the EU back then.
  8. If only the internet was so easily available in 1975 instead of people relying on the state media in those days.
  9. I've seen today that James Dyson believes no deal will hurt the Europeans more than the UK. WTO rules all the way!
  10. I know right, someone should tell the American people that according to these Remoaners any Americans celebrating the 4th of July is considered xenophobic.
  11. I can't even. You just compared sovereignty to xenophobia.
  12. Then prepare to be disappointed yet again, people voted leave mostly because of sovereignty, the British people want the powers given to the EU over decades back in the UK, if there was a referendum on the Maastrict treaty signed in the 90's or the Lisbon treaty signed in shame by Gordon Brown then the UK would have chosen to leave the EU a lot sooner. And to say Churchill and Thatcher was pro-EU is an absolute falsehood, Churchill always believed if the UK had a choice between Europe or the open seas, the UK would always choose the open seas, Brexit proves he was right. And Thatcher realised very quickly when she became Prime Minister that the EU was not all as it seems, once Thatcher knew a United States of Europe was coming, Thatcher quickly turned against the EU, check out the famous Bruges speech from her, it's no wonder soon after that speech EU fanatics from her own government Ken Clarke and Michael Heseltine plotted her removal from Downing Street and unfortunately they succeeded. Also I noticed none of the Remoaners here are talking about the sickening state of union speech from President Juncker yesterday when he confirmed on doubling down his mission for a United States of Europe. Thank God the British people voted OUT!

Fantastic to see Logic's 1-800 climbing up the chart.
  14. Yep the Sam Smith song is boring, he played it too safe after his debut album.
  15. Out of all the soul pop songs being released this week, Demi Lovato's song "You Don't Do It For Me Anymore" is the best one by far, never thought I'd be appreciating a Demi Lovato song. Disappointed with the new Sam Smith song, he could have tried to change up his style even slightly.
  16. "Breakaway" is my favourite, such a gorgeous song. Likewise "Because of You".
  17. So true!
  18. "Look At What You Made Me Do" is such a great song title, yeah I like the song, reminds me of "Bad Blood" which is my favourite Taylor song (not popular choice I know), it would be nice if she finally gets a UK No 1 single.
  19. I really love that new Miley Cyrus song "Younger Now", best song she's ever made. She's becoming a more mature artist now.

Looks like there might be a new number 1, finally no more "Despacito". And go Dua Lipa, "New Rules" is a great song and the music video for it is already creating parodies, a clear sign of a big hit.
  21. "Everything Now" is such a beautiful tune, I'm not a huge fan of Arcade Fire but when they're good, they're really, really good.
  22. True. But also businesses have accepted Brexit is going to happen and are already planning ahead, hence the record levels of investment, so already the UK is feeling the positive effects of Brexit. All the Remoaner lot have now is disingenuous scaremongering, it's not going to work though.
  23. The UK's GDP growth rate (percentage terms) in 2016 was 1.8%, this year the IMF and the Treasury are predicting it to be 1.7%. Whoopdeedoo, it's dropped by 0.1% and btw in 2012 when the UK was busy hosting the Olympic Games, our GDP growth was 1.3%, so you can forget that "economy drops to its worst levels" nonsense.
  24. So now an unnamed Tory minister is being quoted. Wow the desperation from Remoaners is so deep I can almost smell it. Meanwhile whilst the anti-British, anti-democratic Remoaners continue with their disingenuous scaremongering, more good news came out, foreign investment in the UK is now at an all-time high and today companies such as Easyjet, BMW, and Amazon has announced an expansion in the UK and more jobs being created here.
  25. I think "In The End" was the 4th single from the "Hybrid Theory" album so by then a lot of people would have bought the album instead, if streaming was around back then, it's possible that it might have peaked higher. I grew up listening to Linkin Park, they were HUGE back in the day, when I was at school I just remember everyone was listening to the "Hybrid Theory" album. "Crawling" was always a favourite of mine.
