Knew Weeknd and Daft Punk wouldn't disappoint. Starboy is such a tune.

A grower of an album, very atmospheric so my kind of album, it's true this isn't one with melodies and hooks so this album isn't mainstream but despite that Blonde still went to No 1 in the UK which shows the loyalty of his fanbase. This is my album of the year so far.

Such an epic and glorious song, love it.

The "sexist" card was used up a long time ago when it comes to Hillary Clinton, it no longer works.

Well if Hillary Clinton knew she was diagnosed with pneumonia then why the hell was she hugging a young girl earlier today at the 9/11 memorial, surely Clinton would know that pneumonia can be contagious.

Not looking good for Hillary Clinton, how anyone can think she's fit enough to be President is clearly in denial.

So happy about Sia - The Greatest climbing up to 13 already, shaping up to be a big hit.
  10. It's so much harder to get your single into the top 40 these days but at least now that makes it a true hit when it does happen and if you can get to number one then it's probably going to be a million seller. I don't think the OCC should change the streaming formula at all, if anything I wish the singles chart was like this a long time ago so crap music "artists" like Westlife would have struggled to get 14 UK No1 singles.

The fact that the United States first female president could be Hillary Clinton just makes me want to vomit. Trump has to win in November.

I think Chainsmokers - Don't Let Me Down has a good chance at No 1, if not this week then next week, although I am enjoying Drake's run at No 1, 13 weeks and counting.
  13. Well she wouldn't be wasting her time making Scotland look very silly in front of the international media by cosying up to EU bureaucrats.
  14. It looks like Nicola Sturgeon might have had a wasted journey, the Spanish PM has slapped her back down by saying "Scotland doesn't have the competence to negotiate with the EU". Like I said earlier, Nicola Sturgeon is a joke. The sooner Scotland dump her as a leader and put in Ruth Davidson the better.
  15. Nicola Sturgeon is a joke, I'm surprised no-one's picked up on the amount of backtracking she's done in the last couple of days. And who'd had thought, Scotland and London agreeing on something.
  16. For the final 11x Ukraine 5x Latvia haven't voted as much for one country since Conchita for Austria
  17. Semi final 2 - 2 x Ukraine 1 x Latvia
  18. Lovin' this. I can imagine everyone playing this song EVERYWHERE. :)
  19. Louisa slowing down already, she's a deserved X Factor winner but the winner's song is pretty crap, so yep hopefully it's looking like it won't even be number one this week let alone next week for Christmas No 1. The Xmas No 1 race looks to be wide open next week
  20. Adele just continues to SMASH records left, right, and centre. So privileged to see this happening, especially from a British female singer.

My favourite tracks from the album are "I Miss You", "Love In The Dark", "All I Ask", and of course "When We Were Young". I can hear hints of Massive Attack for "I Miss You", early 90's Mariah in "All I Ask" and "Million Years Ago". Slowly Adele is fine-tuning 'her sound' but she's not there yet, it makes me excited for future albums from her. Also I'd love to hear a completely country album from her, "Don't You Remember" really shows her potential in that genre. I was hoping she was going to go down that road with 25 but hopefully one day she'd consider it. Anyway 25 is really good, some great moments, not as good as 21 but that is a one-of-a-kind album so to top that was always a big ask.

It's a good album, but like the lead single "On My Mind", nothing special and just quite empty and not interesting. I'll be surprised if this has longevity like her first two albums.
  23. Hello will be No 1 not just because of the hype, but because it genuinely is a fantastic song. Adele does it again. :)
  24. Been playing this album a lot over the last week. "Leave A Trace" should have been at least a top ten hit single for them, it's slightly annoying they're not more successful.
