They clearly aren't interested in a hit single, they are focusing on album sales and just want the song out and streaming straight away. I am sure Radio 2 will spin it like crazy, and hopefully this pays off with a decent selling album.

I don't see Radio 1 getting on board, but heres hoping I Am appeals to Heart. I hope they didn't play FUMF simply because they didn't like the song rather than them just being over Leona.

Thanks. Radio 2 obviously liked FUMF, so hopefully they show the same support to I Am and even make the album, the album of the week, plus the live gig she is doing for them will all hopefully lead to decent album sales.

Someone on PJ just said that Radio 2 do nothing for singles or album sales, I was always under the impression that they can have a great affect on albums, but I don't follow charts so that was just the impression I picked up from reading forums, but I know many here take interest in following the charts, so whats your take?

That isn't the full performance, but when she performs it that way she has always added Man Down.

I like it, I don't think it sounds like a massive hit, but it could become a moderate hit in the US if radio and promo are on point.

I love that and I can't wait for the proper hq album version.

I hope she can still get an X Factor slot, Simon has said she can still perform on there and I think Leona said she'd be up for it, so I hope all the press stuff remains just 'press stuff' and they still have a good personal relationship.

As I said in my last post, I doubt she'll sell singles in the Uk now, but hopefully with the strong support she has been receiving from Radio 2, she can at least sell a decent amount of albums.

Its been a disater, hopefully they regroup and they get a plan in place and stick to it for future singles. I'll be honest though for the time being I think she is done as a singles artist in the UK, at least until she either features on someone currents work or has success in the US, but hopefully she'll prove to be an album seller again. She has Radio 2 on board, Magic and hopefully Heart will like the second single more, all of which should help the album if they pick one of the more AC tracks. Plus maybe they didn't go all out on promo with FUMF because they wanted to keep as many slots open to promote the album.

I was a little underwhelmed initially at first if I am honest, but on the fourth or so listen they all just hut me at once and I have had them on repeat ever since, I think they all sound brilliant. Thunder sounds amazing and I hope it does big things in the US.

Not really, You Knew Me When wasn't written by Leona, by Diane Warren, so maybe a love song. I Got You isn't about Syco. Thank You is about her parents. Another Love Song is a love song. And we don't know for sure what Ladders and Power are about either.

Why would Soe make the email up? That might piss off his source and make him stop telling Soe things. A few things might have changed after we were told them, but 95% of the info Soe has told us the last year or two has been correct.

Soe has been very reliable and has given us loads of legit info over the years, so your being very unfair. Also he said they were 'considering' Thunder as the US lead, not that it was.

It would be amazing if radio kept increasing and they followed the impact date with more and more stations picking the track up. I don't expect a high peak for this, but I would be thrilled with it to hang around for a few weeks.
