Leona Lewis - TBA
@1163189529320284160 She is apparently a local radio presenter, so hopefully this is something promising and perhaps they are readying to release some new music.

Cheryl waxwork removed from Madame Tussauds
According to a Popjustice member this story came about from an 'unsolicited Madame Tussaud’s press release that was sent to several newspapers'. So basically they saw an opportunity to get free press by jumping on the anti-Cheryl press bandwagon, ironic they claim she is irrelevant but are using her name to give them some attention.

Leona Lewis - TBA
She has been performing it at her last few gigs, maybe getting comfortable with it in preparation for later this year. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oZok3odxmVo https://twitter.com/mikebilly_/status/1140724602441744384

Cheryl • General Discussion
I don't know if she'll bother anymore, she has Manchester Pride and I wouldn't be surprised if that is it for Cheryl and solo music.

Lizzo - Cuz I Love You
It was recorded ages ago, before Truth Hurts took off and now with Good As Hell taking off then maybe they have decided to just throw it out.

Leona Lewis - TBA
Her website has been updated. http://www.leonalewismusic.com/ It used to just say 'Coming Soon'. Hopefully things aren't too far off now if they are making changes.

The X Factor: The Band
I doubt James Arthur will be taking part, he said a few weeks ago in an interview that he isn't and wouldn't do it just now because his career doesn't need it yet. I would hate for Leona to do it and not win, I hope she chooses her songs carefully and really works on her vocals to nail them. There is one act who would prove a real threat and I think its Joe McElderry, he has a very dedicated fan base, someone posted on another thread that he has won 5 other reality shows since X Factor.

The X Factor: Celebrity
Cheryl said a few weeks ago she'd be up for returning but The Sun reported because of her signing on for series 2 of The Greatest Dancer on BBC One it isn't possible, they are both made by Syco though so it would be cool if they did allow it but presumably the BBC would be against it. I mean Leona has sold over 30 Million records alone, then you take into acts like Little Mix who I believe are around 15 - 20 million, James Arthur will be getting up there now too. I hope Nicole is doing the celeb show but I wouldn't want her on the All Stars because for me it also doesn't feel right, ideally it would be Sharon but I think she is done with X Factor for good.

Spotify Chart Thread [July 2019]
I hope Good As Hell smashes, quite funny that she released an album and then old tracks have took off on their own.

Leona Lewis - TBA
She shot a music video yesterday but its for the Songland song, so we will get that August/September time and apparently its uptempo.

A short clip of Leona singing Summertime, sounding great, at a private gig in Austria from Saturday. @1140724602441744384

Think you may be speaking a little too early, its just climbed 10 spots on Spotify today.

Leona Lewis - TBA
We will definitely get a new song around about August because of the show she is involved with in the US, Songland. So that is definitely coming.

A couple of performances from a private gig she has on Thursday in London. Cheryl - Let You
Still not on any huge or really crucial playlists but at least its moving higher on the bigger ones that it is on. Spotify Update New Music Friday - 720,000 followers - #8 (+8) The Pop List - 650,000 followers - #5 (-) Chart Hits UK - 220,000 followers - #10 (+22) Future Hits - 60,000 followers - #4 (+11) Correct me if I am wrong, I did ask on the Spotify thread but no one has responded yet, but doesn't it climbing on playlists indicate its at least popular in those playlists? If it does well in certain playlists it should find its way onto more playlists, at least that is how I have always thought Spotify worked.

Spotify Chart Thread [June 2019]
Songs rising on playlists, is that because they are proving popular on the playlist or is it decided by whoever curates that playlist?

Cheryl - Let You
Well someone else did say on Popjustice that she is technically independent and 3 Beat are just her distribution.

Cheryl - Let You
Interestingly I read on Popjustice yesterday that she could have signed to Atlantic but ultimately choose not to. I imagine with Cheryl any label wanting to sign her would want a cut of all of her earnings, and when basically all of your earnings come from outside of music then it probably is best to sign to a smaller label and keep your non-musical earnings to yourself.

Cheryl - Let You
I am pretty sure she has already fallen out of the Top 40, she'll be lucky to stay Top 75 I think.

Cheryl - Let You
She told The Mirror this today. @1136016562157170688

Cheryl - Let You
She was out doing some radio promo today, popped into Kiss to, I think, pre-record for their Breakfast show tomorrow and then pre-recorded something for Scott Mills's Show on Radio 1 tomorrow. While she was at Radio 1 she went on Grimmy's show for a quick chat a spin of the track. @1135947329356345345 @1135947886808764416 Let You has also been added to a decent playlist, The Pop List with 650,000 listeners. It's track 5 so a good spot, hope it can help. She also told The Sun she is going back to The Greatest Dancer next year.

Is there anywhere else you can track individual track spins now that Compare My Radio is gone?

Spotify Chart Thread [June 2019]
Good debuts for Miley & Katy. Shame about Cheryl missing the top 200 even though it was kind of obvious she would. She did get decent support last time for Love Made Me Do It so be interesting to see if she gets added to any decent playlists.

Cheryl - Let You
The vocal probably feels jarring as they clearly didn't bother to re-record it to fit the new tempo of the song once they decided to beef it up. I actually like the vocal delivery weirdly, but I realise I am in the minority.
