don't know much from my own semi, only heard Little Jinder from the last UP and vera blue from that flume song. and kiesza too I guess. and hendinia sending another bop! (though not my fav rico song) I think I can see most retro-leaning countries in my semi which is a boon, tho I'd love for suede to be there too!

I've been trying to mentally prepare myself for such an event but it's just like... this, with everything else going on, let me not have a brain or cognition or consciousness. give me smooth brain if there's anything i take comfort in it's that my mom has lived through a dictatorship so I look to her for guidance in that respect

🥴 @1309517255772909570

I hope no one else has sent anything from the disavowed synthpop debut album of a metal band

also Antonin Scalia died a whole 9 months before the 2016 election, lmao at calling Obama a lame duck president barely a month into primary season and with a year left of his term when he had merrick garland ready to go 💀

mcconnell will break his own rule and do everything in his power to have the seat filled by november, he's not exactly a bastion of sticking to principles is he.

I am so f***ing blackpilled at this point it's not even funny anymore

retro bloc come thru

kind of figured when I saw lover songs and no folklore on your chart! personally I think it's the best thing she's done in a while and it's a natural progression for her (and I think she was priming herself to make the transition with the lover title track!)

the way the bottom half is currently a who's-who of my votes ...

skall in the top 5 and hendinia making a comeback!!

Hendinia hype !

adding to hendinia hype !

I've been rewatching these performances this week for nostalgia reasons, don't have a lot of thoughts other than if she were to release a greatest hits collection at some point, it would be amazing if she could do them in four "suites" similar to these performances—one disc each for pop/dance, dancehall/reggae, R&B/trap, and ballads

maybe they meant she outsold beyoncé when her third album debuted and beyonce's self-titled was in its like 45th week
