I hope either Ravyn or MK can snatch number 1 on Friday

Now That's What I Call Music! [Part 7]
It would take me ages to do a prediction but I’ve got a list of songs that missed out and could appear across both 1985-1989 yearbooks. I also wonder if 1985-1989 will be the next yearbook after extra 1997 at the end of August as an excuse for them to avoid doing a 70s yearbook? 1985 Bruce Springsteen - Dancing In The Dark Bruce Springsteen - Born In The USA Bruce Springsteen - Glory Days UB40 - Don’t Break My Heart Dead Or Alive - In Too Deep Go West - Call Me Duran Duran - A View To A Kill Jimmy Nail - Love Don’t Live Here Anymore Jaki Graham - Round And Around Howard Jones - Life In One Day Wham! - Everything She Wants Shakin' Stevens - Breaking Up My Heart Shakin' Stevens - Lipstick, Powder And Paint Nik Kershaw - When A Heart Beats Denise LaSalle - My Toot Toot Trans-X - Living On Video Amazulu - Excitable Paul Hardcastle - Just For Money Big Sound Authority - This House (Is Where Your Love Stands) ABC - Be Near Me Mai Tai - History Mai Tai - Body And Soul China Crisis - King In A Catholic Style King - Alone Without You 1986 Pet Shop Boys - West End Girls Pet Shop Boys - Opportunities (Let’s Make Lots Of Money) Pet Shop Boys - Suburbia Bronski Beat - Hit That Perfect Beat A-Ha - Train Of Thought Feargal Sharkey - You Little Thief Eurythmics - It’s Alright (Baby’s Coming Back) Eurythmics - The Miracle Of Love Five Star - Find The Time Hollywood Beyond - What’s The Colour Of Money Huey Lewis & The News - Stuck With You The Stranglers - Always The Sun Sophia George - Girlie Girlie Survivor - Burning Heart Ultravox - All Fall Down Jim Diamond - Hi Ho Silver Paul Hardcastle - Don’t Waste My Time Double - The Captain Of Her Heart Amazulu - Montego Bay 1987 Mental As Anything - Live It Up Freddie Mercury - The Great Pretender Five Star - Strong As Steel The Firm - Star Trekkin’ John Farnham - You’re The Voice Labi Siffre - (Something Inside) So Strong Beastie Boys - She’s On It Beastie Boys - No Sleep Till Brooklyn The Cure - Just Like Heaven Steve 'Silk' Hurley - Jack Your Body Taffy - I Love My Radio (Midnight Radio) Squeeze - Hourglass Pet Shop Boys - Rent Europe - Rock The Night Carly Simon - Coming Around Again Level 42 - To Be With You Again 1988 Level 42 - Heaven In My Hands The Proclaimers - I’m Gonna Be (500 Miles) Bomb The Bass - Don’t Make Me Wait Wet Wet Wet - Angel Eyes (Home & Away) Johnny Hates Jazz - Turn Back The Clock Art Of Noise featuring Tom Jones - Kiss Tiffany - I Saw Him Standing There Prefab Sprout - The King Of Rock 'N' Roll The Stranglers - All Day And All Of The Night Aswad - Give A Little Love Hothouse Flowers - Don’t Go David Lee Roth - Just Like Paradise Robert Palmer - Simply Irresistible Status Quo - Burning Bridges (On And Off And On Again) Bros - I Quit Bananarama - I Can’t Help It Eric Carmen - Hungry Eyes 1989 Hue & Cry - Looking For Linda Living In A Box - Blow The House Down Midnight Oil - Beds Are Burning Damian - The Time Warp Natalie Cole - Miss You Like Crazy Brother Beyond - Be My Twin Kirsty MacColl - Days Stevie Nicks - Rooms On Fire Jive Bunny & The Mastermixers - Swing The Mood Bobby Brown - Every Little Step Jeff Wayne - The Eve Of The War The Reynolds Girls - I’d Rather Jack The Stone Roses - She Bangs The Drums Inner City - Ain’t Nobody Better Tone Lõc - Funky Cold Medina Texas - I Don’t Want A Lover Linda Ronstadt featuring Aaron Neville - Don’t Know Much Kaoma - Lambada Big Fun - Can’t Shake The Feeling Samantha Fox - I Only Wanna Be With You Dusty Springfield - Nothing Has Been Proved Kim Wilde - Love In The Natural Way

Estimated ACR status updates 2025
And Ordinary is high enough as it is so it won’t receive a 25% boost to gain a reset
-
Streaming Services Chart Discussion; W/C 20/06/25
MK could go number 2 on Friday now that Alex is on ACR
-
Estimated ACR status updates 2025
I’d rather PPC went ACR over Ordinary but at least one of them has gone ACR so that’s a good thing and nice to see LMN avoid ACR. PPC for ACR next please

Sales W/E 26/06/2025
You mean she as Ravyn is one person
-
The Black Eyed Peas - Rock That Body
Same album and chart fans would go into meltdown if for instance they did reset I Gotta Feeling
-
The Black Eyed Peas - Rock That Body
Thank god they didn’t reset I Gotta Feeling and shame they didn’t reset Imma Be
-
Sales W/E 26/06/2025
I wouldn’t mind Ravyn overtaking Sabrina and getting that long awaited number 1
-
Chappell Roan - The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess
I hope she releases a new single or pushes another single from the album. Casual, Red Wine Supernova or Femininomenon

Poor vault 1981 stalling at number 4 on the compilation chart yet one of their pointless spin-offs goes number 1 two weeks ago

The BuzzJack Friday Chart Show Thread: 20th June 2025
The main thing is that she broke his consecutive streak and if she doesn’t go back to number 1, we’ll be seeing the first one week number 1 of 2025

Nice to see Mark Ronson score his first top 40 since 2019 thanks to RAYE and I hate songs getting reset because of TikTok even if I like the song

28 Years Later
Apparently, they’re doing a sequel next year which Cillian Murphy will be returning

Now That's What I Call Music! [Part 7]
Next week and I see that Sam Fender has just released a new version of Rein Me In with Olivia Dean. I wonder if they’ll include it on Now 121 or save it for Now 122?
-
Mark Ronson & RAYE - Suzanne
Same as what he did for Amy Winehouse with Valerie and Bruno Mars with Uptown Funk
-
Pick of the Pops - Tony Blackburn BBC Radio 2.
I also think it’s pointless when they do POTP from the 70s when you have sounds of the 70s right before it at 3 and they probably play some of the songs from sounds of the 70s at that 70s POTP

Now That's What I Call Music! [Part 7]
Twilight Zone isn’t on Now 120. If Twilight Zone makes Now 121 which it most likely will, it will be the second song with that title to appear on a Now album with 21 in the title as the 2 Unlimited song with that title appears on Now 21. With Addison, it makes me wonder if they’ll include Headphones On on Now 121 and save Fame Is A Gun for Now 122 or skip straight to the latter for Now 121. Same goes with Skye, Benson and Sombr. It makes me wonder if their previous singles will be included on Now 121 with their current singles being saved for Now 122 or skip straight to their current singles for Now 121. I also wonder if Taylor Swift will start appearing again now she owns the rights to her own music? Also for time lengths, there would only be room for 49 songs in total

Now That's What I Call Music! [Part 7]
I have a feeling they’ll include it just to stop the album from having no number 1 singles and besides, Espresso was placed on Now 118 before Short N Sweet was released

Nice to see Sabrina holding at number 1 on Spotify. Let’s hope she puts a stop to Alex’s reign at the top tomorrow

Nice to see Manchild still number 2 on Spotify. If it doesn’t manage number 1 on Friday, it should manage number 1 next week

Even if he breaks the record for non-consecutive weeks, Wham! will eventually overtake both Alex and Bryan
