I wouldn’t mind the order to be honest as long as there’s a 5 in there next as it feels like they’re ignoring the yearbooks with a 5 on the end as 1985 is the only yearbook with a 5 seeing as 1975 and 1995 don’t yet have yearbooks

Are you saying they’re probably trying to delay 1994-1996 until they resolve licensing issues with Oasis? I doubt that and if anything, Oasis only had one hit in 1996 so they’ll probably go ahead and not include Oasis. They didn’t delay 1976 to try and resolve licensing issues with ABBA. They went ahead with 1976 and didn’t include ABBA

Basically, late 90s, late 70s, early 90s, early 70s and late 90s so if 1995 or 1996 is next, it will even out both sides of the 90s. Maybe the reason they chose to go with 1971 next instead of 1975 was to even out both sides of the 70s unlike the 80s where they finished the early 80s before starting on the late 80s

Because with the 70s, the first yearbook was late 70s so finish with early 70s and with the 90s, the first yearbook was early 90s so finish with late 90s and one of the reasons I want 1995 to be the next yearbook because there’s only one yearbook so far ending with a 5 (1985) and the other last digits are complete (1, 2, 3, 7, 8, 9) and some have two a piece (0, 4, 6) and it feels like they’re ignoring the 5s. If 1975 is the next 70s yearbook in February, then it will close the gap between 1971 and 1993

It’s been like that since he died because his label seem to want the track 1 or nothing position since he died. Him and Freddie would’ve both been better represented if his label weren’t obsessed with track 1. Before 2021 when Jenny Fisher was compiling the albums, she’d prioritise both artists by putting Freddie on track 1 and George on track 2 or opening disc 2. As for Mike + The Mechanics, it looks like their licensing issues have been resolved. I hope we get Over My Shoulder on 1995 and Word Of Mouth on 1990-1994

You also missed out the Pet Shop Boys songs Love Comes Quickly and Opportunities as songs that missed all yearbooks. Dreams Of Children should’ve been included on vault 1980 like they included the b side for Karma Chameleon on vault 1983

It’s the exact same song but slightly longer. Joyride US is the same as Joyride UK but slightly shorter. They did this with The More You Live The More You Love, Love Is The Seventh Wave and Should I Stay Or Should I Go. Just heard On The Beach and it sounds the same as On The Beach 88. I wouldn’t have thought that a film being revealed as a secret screening would contribute to its first week sales. Speaking of secret screenings, tonight’s secret screening was Tony which I’m glad it was as none of my local cinemas are showing it for some reason unless they’ve changed the release date. Some cinemas have advanced bookings for 21st August meaning it’s been pushed back a week. It was busy with no walkouts

That’s why I always get mine from HMV as I’d rather have it on time. I’d use Amazon as a last resort or if I’m on holiday

A Goodbye should’ve been the Cameo song to appear on here and Candy should’ve been on extra 1986. They did this with ABC on 1985. They included Be Near Me on vault 1985 instead of Vanity Kills when Be Near Me should’ve been on extra 1985
