  1. Nice to see the Last Dinner Party at #32 on Spotify. Looks like they could go top 40 next week
  2. As predicted, it look like Now 80s Dancefloor: Soul & Disco is the next spin-off and it’s being released on 23rd February on vinyl only which means they’ll most likely announce Now Millennium 2004-2005 next week but anyway, here’s the tracklist https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0CSVDVRP4/ It seems they’re now announcing their albums 4 weeks prior to release date
  3. There’s a possibility that Dance The Night could appear on Now 117. Don’t forget that songs from the Greatest Showman which was released before Now 99 later appeared on Now 102 but saying that, they’ll more likely skip it in favour of Houdini but I’ll be surprised if both get included. There’s lots of songs which appeared 2-3 volumes later than they should’ve and on Thursday, the next spin-off if they announce one on Thursday will be either Now 80s Dancefloor: Soul & Disco or Now Millennium 2004-2005
  4. Nice to see the Last Dinner Party climbing. If it keeps climbing the rate it is at the moment, it could go top 40 next week but if not next week, then definitely the week after thanks to the album
  5. It wasn’t on the last one either and I’m surprised Jolene which is on there never appeared on any of the yearbooks
  6. I just hope it remains top 40 and R1 need to add it on Friday
  7. Shame One Dance is still lingering around the top 50 like a fart in a lift
  8. I’d love for his one-hit wonder status to be removed this Friday
  9. I’d love for them to do a Now That’s What I Call Grand Theft Auto and include songs which appeared in GTA games such as Vice City, San Andreas, 4 and 5 etc. They should release it next year to coincide with the release of GTA 6. Now that would be worth buying
  10. Shame people seem to sleep on Tranquilize. It doesn’t get recognised and has never appeared on any of their Greatest Hits albums
  11. To be honest, I’d rather they reused songs from past volumes instead of leaving a massive gap in the disc
  12. I wouldn’t. They did miss out a lot of hits off the previous volume. They included old songs on Now 114 last year; Bloody Mary and Sure Thing but they never appeared on a previous volume. All the hits which missed Now 116 could be included on Now 117 ie Water, Greedy, Prada and Prada did also appear on the Annual 2024
  13. It’s not just licensing. They might just choose not to include it. With Natasha Bedingfield, she was signed to Sony label who wouldn’t allow their hits to appear on a Now as they were licensed to the Hits series and Single did appear on Hits 58
  14. I’m not too fussed if Murder On The Dancefloor misses out as it did appear on Now 51 but I’d love for Unwritten to appear as it missed Now 60. Although Unwritten peaked in 2004, I hope they place it on disc 3 or 4 of Now Millennium 2004-2005 as These Words will most likely be placed on disc 1 or 2
  15. I just hope that we get Now 117 before Easter this time like usual and not after Easter like last year
  16. I thought they normally reveal the spin-offs 5 weeks prior to release date instead of 4 weeks prior to release date and they normally just reveal the numbered Nows 4 weeks prior to release date
  17. Now Country 2024 due for release on 16th February https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0CNWHSTZ1/
  18. But Wikipedia is always unreliable for sources and I doubt they’d release a spin-off to celebrate 41 years. I hope Now Country 2024 gets revealed this week and Now Millennium 2004-2005 gets revealed next week and I reckon Now Yearbook Extra 1990 will be released on 15th March
  19. Ariana at #1 and beating the 21 Savage takeover
  20. I’m glad I went to my local HMV today to get Now Yearbook Extra 1988 as I didn’t wanna chance Asda in case they never had as I’d have preferred to get it from there for the points but I remembered that I also had an HMV gift card for Christmas so I thought I’d use it to get Now Yearbook Extra 1988. Also went to my local Asda living which normally stocks entertainment products and they didn’t have Now Yearbook Extra 1988 stocked up so good job I went HMV. No tracklist has been announced but I heard that Now Millennium 2004-2005 is due for release on 1st March
  21. If they had to choose between either Murder on the Dancefloor or Unwritten to be included on Now 117, I’d rather they included the latter as the former is already on Now 51 and the latter missed Now 60. Also I know Unwritten peaked in 2004 but I hope they also include it on either disc 3 or 4 of Now Millennium 2004-2005
  22. I wonder if Ariana will be #1 on tomorrow’s Spotify update?
  23. Disc 3 track 17 and also, as Now prefer to use songs by the year they peaked and now Bruce Springsteen is licensing his tracks, then I hope they include Dancing in the Dark on any of the 1985-1989 yearbooks
  24. Bombalurina and Kylie Minogue are on the budget compilation 90s #1s so there’s a chance of them appearing on Now Yearbook Extra 1990. It seems odd to include 2 Kylie songs and none of them being her #1 single and Beats International did appear on Now 1983-1993 recently so there’s a chance of them being on the next one too
  25. So it’s definitely being released tomorrow then. I’ll check my local HMV or Asda tomorrow for it then if that’s the case
