To be honest, this song is just typical Sophie. Not that I'm complaining because I obviously love her typical style of music.

As if she mimed :( But she's really good at miming and she didn't slip up once so I think a lot of people wouldn't know she was miming, only us dedicated fans  Anybody notice Richard (her husband) playing drums? ;)
  20. I would have so loved to see Girls Aloud :( We was planning on going but then it got sold out and we didn't know about ticket touts then so we thought that we couldn't go :( Oh and I'm going to Rihanna as well, I can't wait. Sophie Ellis Bextor It's seven years since Sophie Ellis Bextor burst into the charts and headlines, now after three years away from the music scene she's back with a husband, a beautiful three year old baby and a new album and UK tour. In 2001, Sophie released her debut album, Read My Lips which reached number two on the UK charts and sold over two million copies. Her part cover of Cher "Take Me Home" reached number as did "Murder on the Dancefloor", which became Sophie's biggest single to date and was on charts for 23 weeks. In creating her latest album, Sophie penned 70 - 80 songs some by herself, some collaborations to create a fun dance, disco-pop album which was released in may this year entitled Trip the Light Fantastic. She says: "I just did it for myself. I feel that as I've got a life outside work, now that I'm married and I'm a mother, I am not so dependant on my career to make me happy but at the same time your work takes you away from home so it has to count for more." Sophie supported George Michael on his UK tour leg in June 2007. Her own UK tour starts on the 14th August 2007, entitled Trip The Light Fantastic Tour. The third single from Trip The Light Fantastic is Today the Sun's on us which was released on Monday 6 August. In 2004 Sophie took a break her musical career to take care of her first child, a boy named Sonny born in April of that year with Richard Jones, who is bass guitarist for the band, The Feeling. The pair married, on 25 June 2005 in Italy. Sophie says that Sonny likes some of her music and said: "He likes a track on the new album called Love is Here which funnily enough was written about him." That bit in bold is taken from Wikipedia  nowhere else have I seen it called TTLF Tour apart from there :P

I've got driving in a bit then after that I'm gonna go see my dad cus he's just got back from London, then I will get back from there about 3ish... I'm thinking I might have a sleep then because I'm so tired right now. Then I'm going off up town tonight from about 10ish. Tomorrow I will probably watch Hairspray in the afternoon because I still haven't seen it! Tomorrow night most likely go to my friends house or she might come to mine, depends yet. Really we shouldn't be going out tonight cus we've gotta save up for V Festival so if we go out tonight then we've gotta do something free tomorrow night  Sunday, hmmm not sure yet.. depends if it's hot or not.

Ohhhh I've got driving at 10.30 :( Will you post what time she's on in here please so I can see if I've missed it when I get back :(
  25. Personally I think it's really good. It's also got a lot of diversity on that album, not all what you would expect it to be.
