Doing It (Charli XCX feat. Rita Ora) | Feature
Rita's verse is terrible and pointless.
-
Pray to God (feat. HAIM) • Sixth Single
I don't understand why this is so popular? I think it's just mediocre. Dollar Signs (feat. Tinashe) needs a release to kick off her career in the UK
-
Natasha Bedingfield - Hope
The chorus is the best bit. The lyrics are so basic though I pretend I can't hear what she's singing

Doing It (Charli XCX feat. Rita Ora) | Feature
Weird single choice in my opinion and I have no clue what Rita's going to add to this track. Famous should have been the next single. This era has become such a mess I officially no longer care.

BRITNEY JEAN / ALBUM 8 / OFFICIAL THREAD
8.5 Alien - strangely amazing 11.0 Work Bitch - pop perfection 8.0 Perfume - cute but bland 9.5 It Should Be Easy - HATED this at first but now my 2nd have behind Work Bitchsus 6.5 Tik Tik Boom - meh it was good at first but a bore now 8.0 Body Ache - amazing dance track but something's missing 9.0 Til It's Gone - SMASH! should have served as the 2nd single 8.5 Passenger - masterpiece. even though the chorus isn't britney.. -1 Chillin' With You - JUST WHY ?! 5.0 Don't Cry - filler 6.0 Brightest Morning Star - cringe 8.0 Hold On Tight - hidden gem 7.0 Now That I've Found You - avicii teas. i HATE avicii I feel Britney Jean isn't such a bad album but could have been cut down a bit: 01 Alien 02 Work Bitch 03 It Should Be Easy 04 Til It's Gone 05 Passenger 06 Hold On Tight

Love Me Like You Do | Soundtrack Single
There's such a lack of new music I'll accept just about anything right now. This is kinda decent and isn't so generic like Burn etc.
-
Honeymoon
Let's hope she actually has some new ideas this time instead of singing about popular dead celebrities and putting on shows for her 'Daddy'. Same old same old
-
Ed Sheeran - Thinking Out Loud
And this is why Kika will be forgotten in a year's time, http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_maofu0cD8X1rq66fjo1_1280.png An awful cover of a diabolical song

Poison | Non-Album Single
I was so excited for new Rita music ... LAST YEAR. It seems all she does is disappoint and coming from an ex-Rita stan I really don't see why I was so obsessed with a mediocre star. As for Testosterone, the single sounds promising and different being produced by Diplo but I don't see Rita peaking again unless she releases a huge collab like Jessie (it's not about the price tag but sells out anyway) J.

Neon Hitch - Sparks
well the answer to that is she doesn't even have a record label .. she's relying on fans' donations to make this happen
-
Sia - Elastic Heart
The production of this is ON POINT! However not the best single choice for Sia.. Having amazing radio friendly tracks such as Big Girls Cry and Burn The Pages she could have followed up Chandelier much better. I'm sure having The Weeknd, Diplo & The Hunger Games behind this single ensures it's not going to crash and burn. Safe choice Sia ..

Neon Hitch - Sparks
Neon Hitch has released another track from her debut album Eleutheromaniac which is yet to have a release date. http://www.josepvinaixa.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/Neon-Hitch-Eleutheromaniac2014-Final.png SPARKS I love this track it really shows off her voice but singing about Sparks and Lights is a bit typical for '10's pop don't you think..?
-
Alexandra Burke - Renegade
She better release some more smashes like Heartbreak On Hold !
-
PREDICT: Meghan Trainor - Title
150k max, anyone who seriously thinks it will sell many more due to 1 hit is just delusional. Just look at Sweet Talker..
-
V V Brown - Glitch
Samson and Delilah is an absolute masterpiece and to anyone who hasn't heard it, go listen it's a MUST!! I'm really excited to see what she comes out with next. Although she's already had her 5 minutes of fame with Shark In The Water I hope the next single gets some recognition

Love that the chorus is nice and energetic it brings a change from the usual dreary X Factor ballad. I agree as above though it's very cheap and last minute ..

Carly Rae Jepsen - I Really Like You
Kiss was for sure one of the best pop albums released that year. I can't wait to see what she comes out with next (although everyone knows it's gonna bomb) I don't see her releasing anything else after this album though .. one hit wonder :(

iTunes Weekly Thread W/C 28th December 2014
loving this! we all know it'll smash
-
Fleur East - Love, Sax and Flashbacks
I think Fleur may be able to pull off a Ciara-esque career however I don't think she has enough character to really stand out and appeal
-
Classic Favourites Vs. 1989
Safe and Bored should be replaced with Mean! Easily an 11/10 for that lil' country classic
-
Gwen Stefani - Spark the Fire
Unbelievable! She jumped on the Pharrell production bandwagon and it's still awful.. She's trying way too hard to be classic Gwen again. Gwen just stop before it gets too embarrassing okay?? ✋✋✋
