I loved both albums really, Bad Blood still edges it for me slightly but mostly because I still know it better, Send Them Off is SUCH a tune though and might be my favourite song from them now. Looking forward to hearing new material anyway!

Spinoff: 90 vs 00s ADa7n1fM12g Not forgetting our 90s vs 00s song, Tiny Vessels from Death Cab For Cutie. It comes from their 2003 album Transatlanticism, and actually leads into the absolutely beautiful title track which I wish I could've entered along with this, if you get a chance listen to Tiny Vessels and the song Transatlanticism one after the other- they work together so well. As for Tiny Vessels itself, the lyrics are the thing that really hit home for me, "So one last touch and then you'll go. And we'll pretend that it meant something so much more, but it was vile, and it was cheap. And you are beautiful, but you don't mean a thing to me" Absolutely chilling, my take on it (and I guess if you read it closely it's kind of obvious) is it's about a relationship in which there's no spark but they try to force it anyway because they both want to feel it, and when they eventually split up they try to convince themselves there was something there at one time, but there never was. The repeating guitar and beautiful atmosphere is absolutely perfect with the charged yet kind of numb emotion from Ben's voice, and that's not even talking about the climactic chorus. One of my favourite Death Cab songs easily, and I absolutely adore Death Cab. We came 20th out of 38 which I wasn't even necessarily expecting with the kind of audience we have in BJSC so thank you all you voters so much, especially Rollo and Suede who I remember gave us medal positions (including an 18 from Suede!). :wub: Our 90s alternative song was Cake - "The Distance", a moderately successful (in the US and kind of UK too!) hip hop/ rock banger so check that out too if you like that kind of thing, honestly it's such a tune!

BJSC 104 // Kiasmos - Looped oXyH4F3A27g Better late than never! Kiasmos is actually another artist I discovered through that Tom White youtuber I mentioned a couple contests back. It has a lovely slow build and really pays off. I love listening to it when I need to ""chill"" for lack of a better word. I've been listening to their self titled album for months and Looped was (one of) the standout track(s) for me so I hope you've all enjoyed as much as I did! Really wasn't sure if I was going to Q so really happy I did and looking forward to seeing where I'll place.

Loved the finale, actually didn't expect that from Eugene at all. Didn't expect it to all go down like that so quickly either, I'm so happy the Saviours storyline seems to have been wrapped up now, next season will hopefully feel much fresher and more of the focus will shift back to the walkers (although don't get me wrong, they did get lots of great moments this season too). Absolutely don't want to see infighting between Maggie/ Daryl and Rick/ Michonne, Jesus didn't seem like the kind of character to be in on something like that either. It seems out of character for Maggie to not even want to talk to Rick first either, or the fact she's blaming Michonne alongside him. It's not as if Rick's setting Negan free, isn't life imprisonment a fitting punishment for anyone? A shame to see Dwight go but at least he wasn't killed. Hopefully we'll see more of him and maybe even Sherry. Please no, I wouldn't find it believable. The fight they had earlier this season didn't make sense to me either and was one of the weaker moments for me.

Was pretty chuffed with this game (especially considering Byzantium's starting position, they usually die within the first 10 years of the game if they're AI).
