How I plan out my Playlists Of The Month (for those who are new to them): The Mostly Recent section usually has a Top 60 of this month ranked from most fave, but there has been the rare occasion where I have expanded it to a 75 (due to some months where I listen to so many good songs). I missed this semi-final so I had to catchup, but here is my ranking of the performances (from fave to least fave): AustriaUkraineMoldovaAlbaniaBulgariaNorwayDenmarkSloveniaLithuaniaArmeniaSwitzerlandIcelandPortugalNetherlandsLatviaCroatiaGreece My Top 3 are 9/10, #4-#8 are 8/10, with #9-#13 coming close. Netherlands was solid. Latvia’s song was ridiculous, but very funny. Greece and Croatia were decent, I guess. This semi-final seemed to go for a more rock and balled theme than the usual upbeat pop, which is interesting. Moldova’s polka rap fusion was awesome. Hoping for them to collab with Weird Al Yankovic someday. Croatia: Are those the crossword visuals from the Madonna’s 4 Minutes music video? Austria was such a blast with its synthpop smash. Shame it didn't make it to the final. Iceland going for some dark folk that reminded me of First Aid Kit and The Pierces a fair bit. Norway: Is it me or did that opening verse remind me of Where Are You Now by Lost Frequencies (finger clicks, guitar line, vocal rhythm)? Anyway, seeing how music occasionally explores fairytales is an interesting thing to talk about (e.g. Jefferson Airplane’s White Rabbit using Alice In Wonderland as a metaphor for LSD), and Subwoolfer’s take on Red Riding Hood is a quirky one.

It only really bothers me when Radio 1 sometimes play songs and they cut out the 2nd verse (or sometimes the bridge). They did this with Rag N Bone Man's Human a lot shortly after it came out.

I enjoyed your number one pick, as well as Luca, Suicide Squad, No Time To Die, Raya, Judas and Black Widow Nomadland and Sound Of Metal were solid Nobody was ridiculously fun. That scene with the fight on the bus was so funny. Reminded me of Hobbs & Shaw in some way. I found Eternals to be one of the weaker MCU films but I still liked it
