well it’s a bit of a farce when they were hammering on about the album only featuring women + being empowering, only having a female band on Strictly etc. + then they add a male rapper to the second single. great message.

out of the two, i’d prefer joe to win over stacey but i’m almost certain she will win. i just can’t take to her, dont see much humility in her at all but she’s the “people’s champ” because she’s had the journey. faye is my winner, though. her highs are the highlights of this series for me.

ah, but that's where you're wrong & it's a common misconception - it doesn't claim to be a show that teaches celebs how to dance. all in, it's a dance competition & should rightly find the best dancer. i mean, it doesn't + it stems off into a popularity contest but that's reality tv for you. if that were the only case, why do you think so many celebs with dance backgrounds are allowed to participate? Anton may be popular with the older viewer but that has never crossed over in to votes, AJ is by far the most popular with the younger viewers.. those most likely to give their 3 free votes away online. i'll be glad to see her go, anyway - nice girl or not, with her dancing ability, she should not be in the semi finals or the finals.

sorry, i'm just going to say it.. lauren steadman CAN'T DANCE. if AJ had a different partner she would have been out first or second week. those odds are an actual joke. how laughable that being able to dance puts you at a disadvantage in a dance show.. it baffles the mind.

can we stop arguing context as a defence? let's talk more about the context of the word in 2018 + it's use in a hugely popular song where a large number of its listeners are so dense, they won't even understand what context is. the point is; nobody is trying to erase the history of the song, or the song itself, but the word f***** doesn't have a place on any mainstream media outlet in 2018. i think a big issue with censoring it, however, is the backlash that would eventuate. and i don't think the backlash would necessarily be on the radio station, more on those who wanted it censored. you'd still get the same humdrum group of protestors that would continue to shout it over the top of the censored version + of course the whole "you can't even say f***** anymore, what's the world coming to?" drivel.

i don’t understand what more you would want from a video like this? genuinely interested. the time it’s taken from release to shoot to editing.. it’s a miracle this is as good as it is. thirsty bitches made them rush it out so any editing issues are down to the pressures they’ve felt to get it out asap.

think about us - they’ve obviously gone into panic mode because ‘wlm’ didn’t do what they expected it to. they can’t go too off-kilter now because they don’t want to alienate any further potential buyers. personally, of the two, i prefer ‘tau’ but overall i think they’d get a bigger hit out of the cure, especially at this time of year.

didn’t dermot say the cast of mamma mia were going to be on? it’s probably to generate some dvd + blu-ray sales!

i can't at this 'tightrope' shade - it's in my top 5! i think sara's version kinda killed the song + turned it into a dullard. what i love most about the original is the melancholic highs + lows, how unsteady the production feels + michelle's delivery of the journey - literally walking a tightrope on track. echoing the love for 'come alive', though - that's a transformation! the kind of reimagining i can get behind.

i'm not sure people would like this as much if it wasn't little mix. for me, it's kinda amongst the worst on the album. definitely their worst single (if it happens) which is a damn shame because they were killing it. i applaud the message but they couldn't have got that message through with something a little more.. melodically pleasing?

i’d say to just let ashley enjoy being top of the leaderboard because there’s absolutely no way is she going on to win the show, which is a shame cause she’s a fabulous dancer. i’m getting super pissed off with the under/over marking of some contestants. faye as a dancer is miles ahead of joe but they got the same score? i’m thoroughly convinced that they are overmarking joe because they think he’s gonna win it + he can’t be getting 7’s + 8’s as the winner.

ah, well! i’m sure they’ll hold the opinion of us paying fans in higher regard.

ngl i agree with this. of course it’s a million times better than any other pop queen could do but i think she could have saaaang it more. plus, the ‘spin’ they put on it by having her sing on half a bar delay makes it sound like she’s out of time. when the original is so well known to change the structure like that, even in such a minor way, is jarring. that said.. i have still listened on loop + i hope we get to hear her do it live at some point.

i love mollie but between all of rochelle's tv work she's close to becoming a household name.
