for sure - i think the best route for her now is to try & carve out a tv career until she's old enough to do something along the ac route.

i feel bad because she's stuck in a niche genre - the 14 year olds that loved 'all about that bass' are now 18 & aren't interested. they tried a maturer sound with the second album, it didn't work & the label have obviously switched her back to the bubblegum pop which no longer has a market. it's a shame, 'cause she's a pretty good songwriter & has a sweet personality but, because she lacks the sex appeal, the label don't know what to do with her now the kids aren't interested.
  3. they were £24.99 + £4.99 postage
  4. what a funny way to spell leave
  5. #9 peak in the UK.. we’ll take it
  6. soo.. i absolutely loved this - it was just camp & fabulous. i found myself enjoying the lesser-known tracks even more than the well known ones because they felt fresher. it's a 2 hour riot, doesn't take itself too seriously, retains all of the tone, warmth & heart from the first.. a really great se/prequel.

hahaha. they'll be lucky to scrape 4 million a week with this panel.
  8. its worth noting that this is max written but it’s produced by ilya.
  9. it’s a grower.. stick with it
  10. no tears left to cry

it all really depends.. i find it's some shows that have big followings, trying to be 'artsy' and have really long, drawn-out episodes that i lose interest - westworld is a big example. i haven't even finished season 1. that being said, my favourite show is law & order:svu & i've stuck with that for 20 seasons sooo..
  13. the reaction here to the singles from this era has really surprised me.. 'if you're over me' is up there with their best for me. + when has the description 'basic' ever been a problem for any of us?
  14. i told y’all.. :( this is not what we want.. f*ck pharrell
  15. just got back from seeing this at the cinema - absolutely loved it, much more than other of the male-led ocean's. it's obviously very much sandra bullock's movie, though i have to admit i didn't get as much from cate blanchett as i would have liked - they made her forgettable. i thought helena bonham carter was an absolute hoot, stealing every scene & anne hathaway is as reliable as ever! i don't really read reviews so i have no idea of how this is doing with the critics. it's a wonderfully paced, slightly predictable but funny heist movie, i'm glad it's doing well & we'll meet these characters again.

    it's.. hard to defend.
  17. literally any of the other photos from the vogue shoot would have been better but it's far from the worst cover in existence.

haven't been that interested in lily in a long time & just happened to be casually listening to radio 1 - heard 'lost my mind' + it's by far my favourite thing she's ever done.
  19. i think the main challenge must have got lost from conception, the idea to have an evil twin could have been left really light hearted & tbh creating 2 looks was more than enough of a challenge for them - they didn't need an in-depth monologue. lena dunham strikes again. she loves eureka.. of course she does. i actually thought kameron's looks were cute, especially her evil twin. and i agree with sending miz cracker home, she wasn't a fave for me in the end. she looked like she was in a store bought cavegirl outfit. eureka literally had a t-shirt, cardigan & two piece suit on what the eff. they must be seeing something we can't cause she should have been bottom 2 but she skates on by because she calls herself a fat whale & talks about her 'insecurities'. ru was wrong about this challenge being perfect for cracker, it was perfect for eureka.. it's a speaking challenge, she can't get enough. aquaria; i was gagged. i am living for her. if she doesn't win this season is a mess (okay, an ever bigger one). asia is cute but she has an air of arrogance around her which i don't like. she critiques the others like she's michelle visage. her evil twin look was fly, i'll admit.. but her good twin was same old.
  20. what is? your taste?
  21. it's SUCH an effing bop, i'm never going to get over europe snubbing this.
  22. i hope i'm wrong but i feel like i'm not gonna like half of this album judging by the few clips we're hearing. i'm not here for a bunch of pharrell productions.. just give us max martin hun.

i thought snatched was funnier than this but this had much more heart, even if it had some misplaced humour. agree with the length comment though, my god.. it took a really long time to get to the realisation. it was like in the last 5 minutes of the film?! that said, i felt it told a cute story and apart from Amy Schumer not even being ‘big’.. some of the jokes went a little too far. Overall, it was a 7/10 and i’d watch it again.
