brett is a country singer so i hope this isn’t super country, i want a poppy christmas bop.

ugh, i hope not. would anybody know this man if he passed them on the street?!

it's a great track but that chorus is literally 'no tears'..

ooh 22nd is a looot better than i thought! thanks so much for the votes, i think i saw a couple of 18’s so uber thanks to those voters especially  the top end of the board is amazing! farc, bellamia + lookylion were amongst my absolute faves! if taahino swapped with aeroche it’d be my fave top 5 of the year! such a great bunch of songs. great hosting chez, loved the theme - definitely brightened it up!

voted! i could have given at least 5 more countries points, i loved this final. hype to taahino, new lexico + jupiterdonia

seems like ‘something in your eyes’ won’t be slower after all - confirmed to be 03:01 in length.

tickets apparently £14.99!

i agree, the production sounds very modern!

to be fair, i was front row on 2 nights in manchester + recorded practically the whole thing in 4K on my phone so i’ve been pretty set for rewatches of it

i think this is a great idea + the live show was fab so would be great to see it again! really hoping for a dvd release now too, knowing we have professional footage.

it’s naive to blindly defend any slightly negative comment in this thread, we are allowed differing opinions. i think you’re kidding yourself if you don’t think this sound is regressive on album 6.

i agree at the beneath them comments - this is album 6 + we’re still getting tracks like this! it feels like the label have panicked + regressed. there’s also no real cohesive feel between the 3 tracks we’ve now heard. i’d hoped this was just a one-off but looking at some of the titles on the album, i feel like i’m going to end up disappointed with a fair few.

gah! judging by your past couple of entries, you know a flop when you hear one :(

hmm, i don’t love it. the production sounds great - hopefully it will grow.

that would be the correct way to say it! well done all!

what did you decide on?

ooh i'll take top 20  i do hope mosquetania have a shot at top 5.

i'm assuming that everyone was just listening in astonishment at scherzland's entry. i'll be the optimist - at least it didn't get any meh's either.

yeah, under my skin is just a grat. i can’t wait to hear it!

phew! thanks for the q

i don’t think it’s surprising at all that dancing on ice have had better casts the last few years - itv can pay the big bucks!

voted. lookylion sent a bop first time out!

ahhh i didn’t see this! taking this as early hype x

 yeah it is! it’s the worst kept secret

they have updated the article - probably because they announced it before the group did.
