And even as recent as May 2019, the Tories were in joint third place with Labour: https://yougov.co.uk/topics/politics/articl...become-party-48

I can't see either of Oh My God or I Drink Wine outdoing their existing chart peaks. Hopefully I'm wrong though - Oh My God would be a great #1!

I was half expecting a more basic "Send My Love" style video but looks like there's a lot going in from the longer teaser!

Not Adele potentially delivering a proper era with music videos for each single :cheeseblock: '30' is truly the natural successor to the '19' era.

The logo It's a shame Harry went, he didn't offer much but at least he made for entertaining TV and didn't really do anything that specifically caused the failure of the task unlike the other two in the firing line. Watching You're Fired after just made me think what we've missed not having him in the main show for a little while longer.

So excited for this, it’s been so long since the last series 😭

Very glad to see them getting a video out for this quickly with the last minute change of second single! It would be nice if we could have a proper traditional era with videos for all of the singles this time round. There is actually a single thread for "Oh My God" already if a mod wants to move the posts across :magic:
  13. Canada always stanning

Wtf that was an awful exit for Iqra - not even a scene with Mila?! I'm guessing Mila will probably follow her out of the door soon as well.

It really feels like this album is coming out of nowhere and with little hype, but I'm looking forward to it. I also really loved "Take My Breath" so happy with more of the same if that's the route the album is going down! Jim Carrey is an intriguing collab 🧐

I'm enjoying the revival but, as much as I like Romesh, I don't think he's fully made the role his own yet. If there's another series, hopefully he'll settle into the host role a bit more. Incidentally, yesterday's edition had 4.2m viewers in the ratings and was the most watched show of the day! I can definitely see it coming back since it hasn't collapsed after its launch alongside the Strictly final.
  17. The original >>>> We did not need this Ed Sheeran remix -_-

A mid term blip  It's an ultra safe seat that's voted Conservative for nearly 200 years. Serious alarm bells should be ringing with the Tories!

Stunning victory for the Lib Dems wow! I thought it would be much much closer than that and expected the Tories to hang on after the Covid stuff this week and Labour making an effort with campaigning.

I hope I'm wrong but I feel the Tories will just about hold on now :/
  21. In fairness, if I understood correctly, the Lib Dems don't oppose the policy of negative lateral flow tests being required for entry to big events / night clubs, only the exemption for people with the so-called vaccine passport from having to take one for entry.
  22. We just need to manifest that by-election loss to the Lib Dems now. Don't let us down people of North Shropshire!!
  23. Botchia posted a post in a topic in News and Politics
In fairness, Lib Dems did overturn the massive majority (29%) in Chesham and Amersham and the view of the government is even worse now than it was when that by-election took place. It will probably be close - a 40% majority is a mountain to climb! Unlikely this would be translated into any general election - by election produce these quirky results as parties like the Lib Dems have the resources to pour into a single seat like this which they wouldn't be able to if they were fighting a general election and having to spread resources across various seats.
  24. It's hard to see Johnson stumbling on much further past this! If the Tories lose the North Shropshire by-election, that must surely be the final nail in the coffin.
