each season is about an unraveling mystery that comes to a climax at or near the end... the climax happened in february for season 3 because marcia had to go on leave. without the central mystery what's the point? they had to fill out episodes with various storylines that mostly didn't work esp Edie becoming a more normal 'housewife' [i.e. her kid suddenly appears, the relationship with Carlos], which was dire. Nicollette can't play anything other than a bitchy sex craved whore it seems. :lol:

it"s okay. I hope the 4th season is good. the 3rd was great up until the whole bree/husband/crazy ex-wife & mom storyline ended. the rest of the season just sort of dragged on without purpose.

how's it a spoiler? the cancer thing started in the last 2-3 episodes of the last season. :blink: and i was guessing about the wig being a part of that storyline, but it would make sense...
