I am performing as expected! I knew my little slice of Canadian pop-rock was not exactly boundary-pushing or exciting in comparison to some of the other submissions! But thank you to the few of you who did give me points! <3

I've had her on my potentials playlsit for about a year now and I just kept talking myself out of sending her until I heard Afterbody. It's a special track!

I really had hope I'd get higher than 16th, but being on the top half of the table is good enough for me! I feel like if this contest didn't have so many high quality entries, I'd probably have done better. But regardless, thank you to everyone who gave Jae some points! It really tickles me to think that Aesthetica passed the screening process to get in with an act so off-brand for this contest's theming! These young Filipino girls with a sugary sweet summer pop jam outcooled some of y'all already and didn't even have to wait in line to prove themselves!
