Throwing some hype out for my own entry with Aesthetica! It took me a few days to figure out what it reminded me of, but it's giving kinda LCD Soundsystem meets trashy electro party music. Hope it pans out well for us!

I'm sorry for not voting, someone close to me passed away and I just didn't remember to vote with everything happening. But despite my sad news, I have to say congrats to Chez for the win! I hope, if you decide to take on hosting duties, that your contest is amazing!

I was hoping for semi 2 on Thursday as I'm off and could actually try to make it, but do what works best for anyone! Side note, because I'm sure it doesn't get said enough: all the hard work you all put into researching the songs each contest and making sure that everything is fair is very much appreciated! It's impossible to please everyone every time, but I don't want you all to not get the recognition you deserve!

There quite literally was a song a few contests back that sampled the entire acapella of My Neck My Back (just pitched down) and didn't get vetoed! I don't quite understand all the caveats of what makes a sample useable in the contest, but I'm always gonna try my luck :teresa:

I haven't seen any other version of this show, but I'm 4 episodes into the US version and I'm enjoying it. I only know a handful of the celebs (Rachel, Cody, Brandi, Ryan and Cirie), but I think it would probably be more fun if it was either all reality TV celebs or all civilians. I think the mix kinda makes it weird. I don't think the format really lends itself to half-and-half casting.

I saw on Twitter that apparently a sequel has already been greenlit due to the amazing opening weekend! I hope that's true, because the final scene definitely sets up for more to happen (without spoiling anything).

OoDHM_A1axc Just got back from seeing this in theaters and WOW! What a good movie! I am hyped for a potential sequel!
