I don't think it's bland at all, it's up there with her best! Much better than the likes of Ann-Marie, Ed Sheeran, Jess Glynne who churn out similar sounding songs on repeat.

Geri being an absolute mess of a judge — like a Tory housewife that stumbled on set and was confused by the entire thing. Alan Carr continuing as the perfect campy judge for a show like this. Divina making Geri uncomfortable with her Posh impersonation. And so on. I laughed throughout.

 

Gemma was a massive wasted opportunity though, I agree.

Okay, yeah I'll give you that. Geri was an absolute HORROR of a judge - it made me cringe more than laugh though! :lol:

At #14 is 'Beez In The Trap', the third single from 'Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded' following 'Starships' and 'Right By My Side' - it peaked at #48 in the US and failed to chart in the UK but, I would say, is one of Nicki's most well known songs and is often referenced quite a lot. The song caused a huge amount of hype online due to it's lyrical content and video itself which has 175 million views when Nicki was truly at her point. It is one of those songs that sounds awful but the more you listen to it, it continues to grow, so simply but displays Nicki's personality perfectly (well, the good parts). It feels like a much bigger hit than it actually was!

TASTE! The song was originally recorded as the lead single from Cassie's 2nd studio album titled 'Money On Love', but was scrapped and remixed with Nicki's verses to create this. I will never understand why this wasn't a hit for Nicki, perfectly fuses her pop elements and rap elements, low key one of my absolute faves :wub:
