  1. how odd - well let us know how full it is tonight, got into select yur own seats map..blimey, now that looks better, they have sold about four times the tickets they had been showing yesterday..all three tiers are well sold..if people buy tonight, sould be full house going by that
  2. glad your mum was ok, it must hve been a long day. well..just watched the other performances on youtube...darius was wonderful, but then it does prove i dont care for other performers...

    lots of comments re the news, i can see the panto at kings could turn into a tribute to him - i have never heard of him,(I never seem to have heard of anyone) but he seems to have been a panto legend up there from what i have been reading

  15. beat me to it bt - just watching that and about to post lol,,darius escorting dame shirley bassey onto the stage at the rah. after performing so well himself....so happy for him,and true the performance spoke for itsef, smeone must have asked for aphoto of darius and shirley at the front..hope we get to see it

  19. it has to be bad publicity, someone just tweeted they had only just found out d was at manchester and how could she get tickets at such short notice, i told her tickets were still available and posted her the link with the offer, surely people can buy ticket on the night-if they find out

  21. i just asked the chap what the problem was and he replied that darius is forever changing octaves, and that he shouldnt have chosen to sing it.. i assumed they would be given songs already prearranged as the orchestra wanted..oh well i am praying now..wonder how much rehearsals they get..

  25. yes I am always apprehensive, I suppose if a song is well crafted with proper music written by the songwriter etc- it will stand being given a classical twist - watched jules the other night, and forgiving that Paul cant sing, Neil cant sing and elvis costello cant sing these days, understandable given their ages LOL - Neil Diamond did a lovely slow version of I'm a beleiver, it became an altogether different rather poignant song
