Love the name of the album and the album art....I like the name of the lead single. And some people have said they didn't really like X. I liked it, I just wish she had not even released All I See as the lead single here in the US.....Wow or In My Arms or The One would have made the album do better if they really wanted to re-start off the Kylie era here. They said they wanted the right single to get her back in the American market....AND THEY PICK THAT HORRIBLE SONG!! Hopefully, Aphrodite has some strong tracks to get her back to the top over here.

I still don't understand why TV shows even need to pay these artist to do specials. She is benefitting too from the exposure and will help album sales.

I voted put the needle on it, but my favorite song by her is Mighty Fine. That could have been a #1 single.

I think that Girls is used in a women's razor commercial over here in the US too. Since no one in the US really knows about the Babes drama, I think they would have a better shot at a hit album over here-especially since Destinys Child broke up. There is a need for a big girl group here. I dont know why they dont try here in the US. It seems that every group releases an album here-Sugababes should too. That is my wish for years.

They wanna sell more albums.....three words......SHE'S A MESS!! That is the only song that could save this album with a hot video!! That song would get tons of play in the clubs...it would have great remixes too if they hired Bimbo Jones, Dave Aude and Ralphi Rosario.

I agree with you. The only song that I really like on the album is "Photographs". I play that song over and over. This would make a really good video if she decides to release it. She should make a video with the same type of vibe as "Unfaithful".

I am not angry at you at all. I just don't get why people like blasting other people's opinions on these forums (I am not talking about you, by the way). And I never said she would never sell here.....just to make it clear, I think that Cheryl will do very well and I think she is very good. I was just stating that I didn't believe certain singles would do as well in the US as they would in the UK. I wish her the best.

Please don't start this "America vs. the rest of the world" crap again......When someone from the UK or anywhere else writes their opinion of what would do well over there, I take their opinion seriously and respect their opinion since: 1) they live there 2) they hear the music on the radio and video stations every day 3) they have an idea of what works over there more than I do since I live in the US and don't live there So you should at least take American's opinions seriously as well since we live here and have an idea of what usually works here as well. We all appreciate music (which is obviously why we are in this Buzzjack site) and should appreciate each other's opinions as well.

I apologize--I think that u misunderstood me. I said that I think GA wouldn't do well in the US, but I think Cheryl as a solo artist would do good. I already stated that if she released "Stand Up" as the lead single, that would do very well on US pop radio. Also, I think Boy Like U and Fight For This Love would both do well here too.
