Claude Thomspon Died
Steve Binder, producer/director of Elvis's 1968 TV special, has informed us that Claude Thompson, who was the show's makeup artist and one of its choreographers, has died. Thompson was also in front of the camera, dancing solo in the opening of the gospel production number. Says Binder, "Claude was one of the most gentle souls I knew."Source: EPE / Updated: Jun 1, 2007 see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UO-IYKc6elM

Blue Guitar
I just bought an Elvis songbook (Elvis, Elvis, Elvis 100 Greatest Hits) and one of the songs listed is called Blue Guitar I've never heard of it qand it's not on Dave's excellent list. It's by a British singer/songwriter/comedian Sheb Wooley written 1954. 1st line is Blue guitar you're lonely too. Any Ideas?
