Can someone estimate the data for Gaga? I mean she did 10 mil Fri-Mon worldwide, we can compare what Abracadabra did in the same timeframe worldwide vs uk and estimate it 🤩 EDIT I did some calculations... not sure if ok... if she did 23M worldwide with Abracadabra in 4 days, out of those 1.5 were from the UK, which is 5% if now Dead Dance did 10 millions, 5% is 500,000 streams in 4 days, which seems very low so possibly the 10 million in 4 days that Spotify posted is not right? :)

I think Olivia is gonna be huge and do crazy figures ala Sabrina Think Perrie and Mariah top 10 Doja Cat top 20 And sadly Zara missing the top 40

They mean the total worldwide data for each song when you click on an album or song like Dead Dance is on 10 Million total, 4 days and worldwide so no clue what it means for the UK

I reckon if one outlet doesn't report, they leave it out, they don't estimate sure there are physical stores that have issues sometimes and can't report and its not like they estimate their sales, they just don't use them that week must happen all the time with physical shops i mean if a little indie music store has no internet on Thu evening and cannot report, it's not like the occ is gonna do machine learning, estimation etc

just looking at the winners/errors Alcaraz had 42 winners and 24 errors Sinner had just 21 winners and 29 errors

Gaga #24 on Apple, Calvin down to #75 on Amazon, the KPop songs are 1,2,4,5,6,7+10, so 6 out of 7 songs in the top 7 and the only one in the middle is Ordinary which is on ACR so virtually they have the entire top 6, plus there are so many versions of Golden... the Guetta remix at 24, the French version at #51, a couple more version no clue what they are in the low top 100... Olivia is #8, Gaga appears to be dropping now down to #25, Tears #39 Calvin-Ocean seems to have disappeared, was top 20 on Saturday

but see if the occ counted album streams properly (excluding playlists like HH and things like This is The Weeknd) all 2nd weeks would be better, especially for indie artists take Wolf Alice's latest. It's 57 this week on the Album Streaming Chart but I was following on the Apple Abum Streams based on proper streams without playlist and Wolf alice were #3 all week half of the albums above them on the Streaming chart were not top 200...

Im sure Teenage Fanclub did back in the day with this album called The King. It was released and deleted on the same day, so all sales happened in week 1, more specifically, on day 1. Thats all I recall but cn't recall the year or the chart position.

but the thing is... it's not only Golden doing very well on Amazon, Sabrina-Tears is doing poorly there, #37 now, while Olivia is #6 the thing with Amazon is that in normal regular weeks, I don't think the contribution to the charts is that big. Sure Amazon has 1/3 of the pie but the users mostly listen to old songs, just look at their top 100, even right now Sabrina's Taste is higher than Tears. For instance, there are times when there are songs only doing well on Amazon, and go top 10 on Amazon, but not even top 100 on Amazon. But then during times like Xmas, Amazon streams explode. And the thing with Golden/KPop Hunters is that it's a sorta Xmas situation, that's why the numbers must be so huge.
