  1. the chart is a top 100 not a top 75 though
  2. I think 100K minimum, I put 100-150K
  3. depends how you consider imports, Whigfield charted 5 weeks as import before climbing to #1 I think* I read that strictly speaking the first debut to debut at #1 was the infamous Robson & Jerome :/ but agree it all goes in cycles. Also, simultaneous worldwide release make it difficult to happen. Cos back then you could have a US big hit like Britney and hold it back for the UK but nowadays you cannot

we've only had 3 races, haven't we? bit boring race, only exciting bit was Alonso at the start and the Verstappen-Norris incident but Norris was kinda childish and silly with his protests/tantrum
  5. This is great I think, doing very well on Apple thanks to playlisting but nothing so far on Spotify
  6. It's a pity it never charted, well was never a single but you don't get more iconic than Lana del Rey's opening lines for Cola: "My p***y tastes like Pepsi Cola" :o :o :o
  7. wow didn't realise debuting at #1 with your debut single isn't happening anymore but it's true so what was the last proper one if we're strict. Drivers licence is out if one is strict and counting only proper artists so excluding Ladbaby, Captain Tom... who was the last one? I can only think Harry Styles-Sign of the times? and if counting artists that never charted in any capacity maybe that KDA-Turn the music louder song from 2015 I think it was?
  8. Incredible for Sleep Token especially in the US they did 1.5 million streams and just 100K away from #1 Miley is #26 in the US but Ed is only #60, beaten by people like Marias or Laufey's newbies
  9. I think it's game over for all big name artists coming back the kids only care about tiktok now and don't care about big names never in my wildest dreams I would have predicted Sleep Token at #2 and Ed just at #7 with only 300K or Miley low top 50!!
  10. on Apple 7 Ed 40 Miley 48 Rudimental Khalid 49 Sleep token Surprised at how well Rudimental/Khalid are doing!
  11. on Amazon: 12 Azizam 107 Miley
  12. oh found the demo for Belinda Carlisle-Waiting for a star to fall interesting... says kinda weird in places, guess cos it's a demo
  13. None. Both horrible horrible horrible. How did that Geri Haliwell "thing" get to #1 lol

He was a bit unlucky and deserved better judging by his Q1

^As they did with Whatever, they're altering the tracklistings and only including 1 song as b-side of the 7" this time Some might say only includes Talk Tonight but. not Acquiesce
  20. amazing sales, forgot he did so much too bad George Michael-You have been loved missed, that's one of my fav ever from GM forgot Ricky Martin-Maria had been a hit in 97, I always have Ricky Martin as late 90s
  21. Apple: 9 Ed 47 Sleep Tokem 52 Miley 85 Rudimental, Khalid seems to me Apple is still going weirdly slow Ed's #16 on Amazon now
  22. Cuddly Toy is great, very catchly Love Train on the other hand what a disappointing record for the leader of one of the most influential bands in the history of music. Love Train was such a silly too-poppy song. Zero edge, zero passion, zero rawness, stale, an underwhelming track that doesn’t live up to his past work.

wow Shania 3,600,000 for Come On Over and also Morcheeba's triphop classic album Big Calm doing 600,000, that's fantastic, very under-rated band
  24.
