for what I recall, Seven wonders has nothing to do with the band was written by this Stewart woman about a friend or son called Aaron that died, thats why the song was originally called Aaron then Stevie Nicks kinda stole it and change some words

Its funny cos in the US the pattern was a bit different: 5 Big time 19 Seven wonders 4 Little Lies 14 Everywhere 90 Family man Singles 4 and 5 were switched and Everywhere didnt do as well. Highest peaking was Little lies, imo the jewel of the album, never liked Everywhere

The biggest travesty of 1998 is Tori Amos-Spark not being a bigger hit I know T was too altrrnative by then But Spark is such an incredible song Might be my #1 of the entire 90s The lyrics are odd but incredible once you figure out its about miscarriages, babiesetc The Cd single was also worth it Cos it had amazing b’s And that video isincredible too So Cinematic and Lynch-esque

Teardrop is all kinds of amazing and near perfection. I really cannot imagine it with Madonna on vocals though Wonder why they didn't release Teardrop before the album, would have been more logical My 2nd fav of the latest newbies is Push it. I was a big fan of Garbage's debut and their comeback didn't disappoint. Ray of Light is also a classic and not sure I knew it was based on an old song! also liked Road Rage and from the 2 All Saints tracks I do like the Under the Bridge cover, but Lady Marmalade no thanks the least said about the Steps and Boyzone singles the better :/

@10 is Not a bad position, he did 7k and was 700 copiesaway from #5 but agree on Coldplays albums, they all have 2/3 hits but not 5/6 which is what you need for an album to chart on streams (Thefame, Born to die, AM, Teenage dream)
