It wouldn't surprise me if Billie debuted top 10 next week. Incredibly strange and experimental track but I like it...

It's not as great as everyone is making out (especially considering how much airplay it's getting on 6Music, maybe I was expecting too much), but I would like this to be a hit. Decent track.

It looks as though "7 rings" is going to fade away faster than "thank you, next". Good.

I don't understand how you can conclude something is payola just like that...? Spotify add songs to their playlists that they think will get a lot of plays, so they earn more money from it. The reason they add Nina Nesbitt will be because she's a safe bet of an artist that people will enjoy (basic, generic and accessible). The reason they don't add many obscure songs and indie tracks is 'cause it'll make them less money.

It's a lot cheaper and easier when nobody knows/likes your favourite artists - got tickets to see TVam for just £8! Was going to see The 1975 but the tickets were like £40, not a chance.
  7. Bunch of people in HMV today making fun of the fact that "amo" is in the Metal section :heehee:. This album has a couple of good cuts, nowhere NEAR anything on "That's The Spirit" though.

The Labels Don't Decide What Goes On Playlists, Spotify Do (in your famous Haiku format)
  9. I can't believe this didn't get vetoed, I thought everyone would know it already !! Regardless, fab entry to start the year off
  10. "Too Real" is fantastic... Joe from IDLES says their record is the best of the year so I am looking forward to that :D Also great to see you chart "Never Change" this week! I was playing an old FIFA game, and it came on in the background - what a throwback :D I can't wait for the new Grimes album, if it's half as good as "Art Angels" I'll be happy  Gaga x Grimes would be an interesting combo, though I do like country Gaga right now! "Compro" is amazing yeah :music: "Puff Daddy" is brill also, I think the more industrial production suits him, hope to see more tracks of his with Kenny Beats in future! Thanks for the comments all <3

"Give You Up" is SO underwhelming. Zzzzz
  18. The album is called "The Balance" and it is coming April 26th!

Which is because not as many people have been watching, listening to and buying Westlife's song. Overall, Westlife just haven't been as popular as other songs, regardless of how well they did on one specific platform.

Because less people are listening to them. If Ava Max is getting 400,000 plays a day and Westlife are getting 80,000, why should Westlife be ranked higher in the chart?

Who? I'm getting so behind with all these new foreign players, I assumed it was Nigel de Jong at first
  22. I actually think "Respect My Cryppin" is rather great 😳

"7 rings" is a very depressing way indeed to start the new year. Boooooooooring.
