Jesus christ, and there was me thinking "18HUNNA" was pretty decent :o

Oh this is sounding surprisingly fresh... love the varied production.

  4. Do I go for slightly emotional low-fi rap, fast-paced British female rap, or chilled afro-rap?

    This is pretty good.
  6. Catfish finally added to the playlist! Was worried they'd get snubbed for a while.

Fantastic to think we'll probably be taking Hudson-Odoi, Kane, Rashford, Solanke, Foden, Sancho and Sterling to Euro 2020 - surely one of the best attacks in the tournament? EDIT - and Reiss Nelson?

I heard that they sacrifice their own fans in their live shows :o

You can't tell me Radiohead haven't followed a similar formula for decades  I mean I like them and everything, but I don't understand why their fans praise them like they're Gods - most of their most popular songs aren't too far detatched from generic 2000's indie rock.

Similar to Dave and Post Malone's trajectory I guess... they've been gradually growing in popularity between their last era and now. It's great to see, though, would absolutely love for "Longshot" to be a long-lasting UK hit!

05 Calvin Harris & Rag'n'Bone Man - Giant 26 Catfish and the Bottlemen - Longshot 16 Gessaffelstein & The Weeknd - Lost In The Fire 04 Sam Smith & Normani - Dancing With A Stranger 09 Westlife - Hello My Love 84 Loski - Boasy 68 Kehlani feat. 12. It's like Starboy part 3 (with "Pray For Me" being part 2).
  13. "All I Need" is probably their best ever  I'm more of a "Kid A" person myself ngl :D
  14. Still 'new' in the sense that it was just released to the public. Funnily enough, I think it's about ten times better than anything on "A Moon Shaped Pool". Best thing they've done since "In Rainbows" (and even that was mostly crap).
  15. "Longshot" is BRILLIANT, my favourite track of 2019 so far.
  16. Will be quite an exciting chart next Friday - Catfish, Sam Smith, Westlife, The Weeknd & Calvin Harris could all possibly debut somewhere within the top 20 region. (will be interesting to see where the new Radiohead gets to aswell) Strangely enough the one week we'll have a high number of new entries is the one week where there are no random grime songs :o

Out of the remaining artists, I'd take Dermot as the winner. However, just because Buzzjack seems so certain he'll win you can guarantee it'll be someone totally different

Was hoping to see slowthai win, from those remaining fingers crossed King Princess wins.

The Weeknd will have a prolific year, with at least one #1. Drake's presence will fade. Kendrick Lamar will release an album that gets huge levels of critical acclaim.

  21. God help us
  22. "Nightmares" and "Say Something" I'm seeing Easy Life in Brum soon, sooo hyped
  23. It probably all boils down to The 1975 having yOunG fans that succumb to the evil wrath of Payola!1! How dare they not listen to similarly MOR and accessible music eh >:(
  24. I love how you weren't criticising Weiss' "Feel My Needs" for not becoming a hit after heavy radio support but just because you hate BMTH they're a completely different story ~ Tell me how The 1975 are "idiotic" compared to Lana? I'm sure if they got 6Music rotation or had the same fanbase as your favourites you'd have a different opinion. You've said some ignorant things about artists in the past, but this takes it for me. Unbelievable.

Jesus christ, this is fantastic? Absolutely loving the tribal/Afro-pop influences - hoping for this to be a hit. EDIT - and lovely to see her go for something original, she could have just as easily played it safe.
