"Play" is essentially just Jax on auto-pilot, it's a shame because he used to be so consistent.
  4. Rosalía and Moses Sumney :o Incredibly excited for this.

United continue the revival. The top 4 is really opening up.
  6. Delighted to see "Danny Nedelko" and "Falling Into Me" in the top 10 - will do a full recap on everything in your top 100 when it's done. The two contenders for #1 that spring to mind would be "In My View" and "Lifetime", both of which are superb so fingers crossed
  7. George's vocals seem to have got a lot worse since I saw him jn April, maybe he's strained his vocal chords to the point where he can't perform "Hold My Girl"? It is a bit more of a vocally demanding track than "Shotgun"

Finally picked up the normal version of IDLES' "Joy" today, which was nice. Also, Teleman's "Family of Aliens" was on sale for £9.99 in HMV; a great purchase!

I've got this track stuck in my head - this is all I know of it... The most prominent part of the track is this very distinct "doo doo da doo, da doo" instrument line in quite a high tone, sounds like something Disclosure might have put out a few years ago. The track is quite housey but nothing overly energetic or club-friendly. I'm pretty sure the song is relatively well known. It's possible the track is used in memes too? Not sure but I have a recollection of hearing it at least a few times recently. If you're humming it to yourself, put more emphasis on the second "da", I hope someone can identify it :D
  10. Resonates with me more than any upbeat "party" song this year bar maybe something from SOPHIE or JPEGMAFIA.
  11. "It's Not Living (If It's Not With You)" is THE banger isn't it. Future classic

  13. But... the Christmas songs are the most popular tracks this week? Why would you not want the chart to be accurate?
  14. That Russ splash song is atrocious, hope to god it's not a hit.
  15. Don't know why everyone's assuming Post Malone will fly to #1? The song doesn't exactly sound huge.

  18. "Geyser" just hit me out of nowhere. What an exceptional album.
  19. On second listen, this isn't even that bad? I've heard so many worse songs than it this year so it's baffling to see it get so much hate tbh

  22. Still better than the Weezer version  Would like this to become a hit, Pitbull deserves it. It's shit tho.
  23. I was expecting it to stay top 10!
  24. That list is basically spot on, amazing to see Slade, Shaky and Wizzard right near the top where they belong!
  25. "Sleep" is amazing too - second only to "Storm" from that album for me. The monologue at the start gave me the impression Coney Island was an absolute shithole but it turns out it's actually quite nice even today  Godspeed do a great job at making you think everything in the world is miserable lol.
