Honestly I've never had a problem with it - it scrobbles everything I listen to on Spotify with the Spotify Scrobbler, and everything on YouTube with the Web Scrobbler, then I manually add my vinyl and CD scrobbles online, which only takes a few minutes. Tbf for what it is I think it's still a great resource that works basically flawlessly (in my experience anyway)

Billie finally getting some attention on Buzzjack - this is great. If you haven't already, I'd check out 'bitches broken hearts' and 'idontwannabeyouanymore', both brilliant tracks.
