  1. Chart-wise, Woman Like Me was a big hit for them so I don't think it was a wrong choice for a lead single. However, Strip definitely should've been the 2nd single. It got quite a good reception, reached #25 on the charts, with a bigger push could've been another top 20 hit for them. The era would've lasted longer with three singles (had TAU been the follow up to Strip), even if they underperformed. This way, they gave up way too early and this album certainly doesn't deserve that....
  2. So Telephone is very likely to reach 1M before the year ends? Amazing!
  3. He say that I'm the girl up in his dreams Hot boy, better give me what I need Wear me on his body like a throwback And he better not move when I throw it back Baby keep me wetter than a bayou The song is just 2:40, so I wouldn't be surprised if they already have a remix set to be released sometimes later
  4. C'mon now, not even top 40? It can surely reach top 30 based on these sales alone, seems it's doing great.
  5. Such a banger! The Queen is back! Thought she lost it for a moment with that atrocious single, but this is great!
  6. just proves this song deserved way more!
  7. June 14th? Ugh, was really looking forward to some new LM music.
  8. According to some estimates, Shallow crossed the 1M mark in the UK this week. Is it true? Has to be really close.
  9. C'mon, please reach the top 30 :(
  10. Umm the snippet doesn't sound promising. I'll wait for the full song. Prefer "Bounce Back" as the title.
  11. this song definitely deserves more recognition
  12. Yaas! Let's go! No more f***ing around!
  13. Any chance this is getting a new peak this week?
  14. If it was a good song I'd be here for that kind of a push. But I'd probably still call it a desperate move.
  15. Success is debuting at #2 on the Hot 100. But trying every trick in the book for it to hit #1 when it obviously stands no chance is the definition of desperate. They are even urging her fans to make viral videos on Youtube and specifying the videos should be at least 30 seconds long (the minimum needed for it to count for the chart), posting instructions how to gift a song on iTunes in order for it to count for the chart, uploading the audio of the song on the Panic!'s channel, uploading a lyric video, releasing limited edition vinlys (four different kinds) mid week, autographed merch that comes with the single purchase and now even discounting the song in the UK on the last day of the tracking week. And let's not forget the song is on top of every major Spotify and Apple Music playlist, has all the banners on every streaming and sales service and has a huge radio deal for the whole week on multiple radio formats. Also it has a commercial that's airing multiple times a day on multiple TV channels in the US (ABC/NFL/ESPN). And I've never seen a song being played in FULL as an ad on Youtube. And don't forget all the huge billboards promoting the song. They went hard with the promo, which is understandable but at this point they are way too desperate.
  16. Taylor and her team being this desperate  And not just in the UK, they are doing all they can to secure that #1 in the US aswell, however she doesn't stand a chance basically anywhere.
  17. I mean, sure - the did have some major management and label issues that hurt them but still, Think About Us could've done a lot better if they played it off more strategic like they usually do.
  18. Nice, BGT gave it a bigger boost that The Voice winner
  19. WLM was a big hit in general but it DID underperform as a Little Mix lead single. Some of you are bringing up some ratio changes BUT are forgetting the fact that streaming is growing every year in the UK, and aswell in the rest of the world. So you simply cannot bring up the time BM and SOTME needed to reach Platinum, 1M or 2x Platinum since streaming is on a whole different level now (not just Spotify, for example Apple Music streaming was meaningless back then and look at it now). I still think the song will have enough longevity to reach 1M or even 1.2M (2x platinum) sometimes next year seeing it's still pulling ~60k daily on Spotify alone.
  20. TFM TFM TFM
  21. I assume Molly will promote it again, since it's her debut single? INLA coming for that Gold certification :cheer:
  22. Nice! Wonder how close is Million Reasons to reaching Gold?
  23. This is still charting in the US [#100 this week], literally screaming to be a single and yet it continues to be ignored. Let's hope the LG6 era ends up being successful, if not, I'll never forgive them for not releasing this.

This has grown on me, but I still think it's too similiar to SBS and kinda weak as a follow up. Still rooting for her, tho!
  25. This kinda reminds me of Rita Ora's situation. She had a top 20 streak, broke it with Body On Me [#22 peak], then managed to recover with smash hits Your Song, Lonely Together & Anywhere and then again ruined it with Girls [#22 peak] and AGAIN returned with a smash hit - Let Me Love You. So if Rita managed to recover twice, LM can do it too!
