Adele's PErsonal Chart - W/E 1 Dec 2023
Thanks JSG! Can see Houdini sticking around for me, between that and Take That for next week’s #1. Is It Over Now is still great, can see it sticking around a bit too. I will probably be charting Paloma’s new one soon, once How You Leave A Man drops a bit more though.

JSG'S Top 40 • #88 • 23/11/23
Hi JSG, Great chart as ever. Nice to see Taylor's Is It Over Now? at #1 and plenty of her other songs in your chart. Kylie, Tate and Olivia x2 still in your top 10, great longevity for these I must say. Good to see Dua's Houdini enter your chart, hopefully it goes up in the next few weeks.

Adele's Personal Chart - W/E 24 Nov 2023
Thanks JSG. Houdini is growing on me, between Take That, Dua and the Beatles for next week's #1 I think at this stage. Liking the new Olivia track, not as much as her other stuff though. I'm not into rap in general so probably won't be charting Jack Harlow, although Lovin On Me is much preferable to some of the other rap songs kicking around (like Drake, Prada, etc).

The fab 4 ge an easy 2nd week at #1 on my chart this week. Dua Lipa's Houdini goes all the way up to second place, just ahead of Taylor's Is It Over Now? at #3. Thanks both for your replies. Is It Over Now is growing on me, can see it progressing further in the coming weeks. I’m a big fan of Dua as well, Physical was rightfully a big hit but should definitely have got to #1, same for Don’t Start Now. Houdini sounds great to me, can see it moving up in the next few weeks. I like Hold Onto Now for Kylie, maybe not quite as good as her last 2 though. Will be charting Olivia’s new one Can’t Catch Me Now soon, loving the whole Guts album just now.

How You Leave A Man is actually one of my favourite Paloma songs now, each to their own I guess. Is It Over Now is probably my favourite of the 1989 vault tracks too, can see it moving up my chart in the coming weeks. Hello Love is better than Jessie's last few songs for me, agree I do wish she'd do something a bit more like her first 2 albums.

Adele's Personal Chart - W/E 10 Nov 2023
Paloma stays at #1 for an easy 2nd week with How You Leave A Man. Dermot Kennedy climbs another place to 2, with the rather nice song Sunday. Marshmello / Pink / Sting rise 4 to #3 with Dreaming, as do Ella & Cian with Rest Of My Days to #4. James Bay stays at #5 with All My Broken Pieces. The highest of 2 big top 10 entries is from Taylor Swift with vault track Is It Over Now? at #7, replacing Slut from last week. The Beatles newly released Now & Then comes in at #8, as a huge fan of the fab 4, I think it's very good and will probably grow on me, far from their best though. The week's highest climber is Worth It by Colbie Caillat going 21-12. Jessie Ware enters at #19 with her new song Hello Love, just 1 ahead of Jamie Lawson's Little Weaknesses at #20. Into The Walls comes in at #23 for Griff, from her new EP release. Emeli Sande debuts at #28 with All This Love, Cast return with Love Is The Call at #33 and Niall Horan (with added Lizzy McAlpine) is in at #35 with You Could Start A Cult. Thanks JSG, loving Paloma’s new one maybe a future #1 for me? Jess Glynne’s last 2 certainly weren’t as good as her pervious material but I do like Friend Of Mine on first listen. I’ve liked several of Colbie’s previous songs, Worth It is just as good I think. Haven’t heard the new Kenya Grace one yet, will have a listen.

Thanks for your comments. Still liking At Your Worst, I do like most of Calum Scott's songs. Greedy is still growing on me, so may well move up more in the coming weeks. Same for Troye, I really like it myself but can see how others may not. I'm a big fan of Ed Sheeran but American Town is not his very best for me, still good on saying that. I find Autumn Variations a really good album as a whole, maybe not as commercial as his previous stuff but still a good listen.
