True but I think with the Brits, CDs and the fact that it’s such a commercial track I thought top 10 was expected. Still not too bad I suppose, album will do well anyway.

Loving The Olivia track, the one hit wonder tag has gone already!! Need to listen to the Luke’s Graham track, they are hit and miss for me but can write very good tracks.

My original comment was not meant to offend! I love music more now than ever however just feel there has been such a decline in the love for the charts. I would love nothing more than to be invested in it as much as I was however so many factors have ruined that. We are of course living in different times and although things can be done to help keep the charts relevant everything so so accessible now and there are no tv shows like top of the pops etc. I have been obsessed with the charts since I was 8 and my poor dad had no choice but to listen to every second. It was an event! Friends in their 20s have no idea who is doing well in the charts anymore whereas at times it used to make headlines in the papers. Not sure where I am going with this and I will continue following the charts till I’m old and grey but it’s just how I feel. On a separate note, I love Griff!!

I’m 32 hardly old!!! Music charts are irrelevant now, they were a massive deal years ago! They are still a thing but don’t have the same impact. Try to belittle me if you like but if you think 32 is old then you need help. My daughter is a teenager and loves music, has no idea who is no1, in the charts etc!!!!

After the Brits I hope this moves up but would be happy with 3 although it deserves more. Demographics have changed and the charts seem to be for a certain age group now.

Just love the production on this! The chorus is sublime. A big Brits performance will boost this song even more. Album likely to be massive if they stick with this sound. Surprised by some of the reaction on here. Everyone I know loves it, even my wife who doesn’t like much :D Chorus sticks in your head.

The snobbery of indie fans never ceases to amaze me. This is the music they wanted to release this time around...so they did. Cracking song and will be massive, 4th decade in the industry and still popular! Luckily the GP aren't music snobs and like music for what it is.

You are correct about 5SOS, the vamps are decent too. More talking about the typical boyband, ones that are less about the instruments. I will give New Hope Club a listen. I love the why don't we album and most the stuff they put out, criminal they don't get the support they deserve.
