    You complain that she needs to get back in the studio and when she starts working her arse off in there nearly everyday and tries to get multiple singles released ASAP you're still complaining... She can never win!

    Have you got any plans to release a new album soon?

     

    I'm currently writing a new album, and I'm hoping to release it at the beginning of next year, just because I have loads of things going on this year so it would be a bit much. I have a lot of emotions and music inside me, so it's really been great to want to write.

     

    Is it going to have the same sound as your last album, Heavy Rotation?

     

    When I was with my old record label they kind of went for an RnB theme and I allowed that to happen, but that's not really my thing. I really do still like my Left Outside Alone style so that's what I'm going to continue doing.

    ...She is obviously not delaying, she said she will continue writing and is excited about diving headfirst into it! How much more can she say? That she writes in her sleep and spews out any old crap each second of every day? Be realistic.

    And what about your next career plans for this year?

    Actually, now I am creating. When I get home I will continue writing. I'm very lively with it and I look forward to the dive into it again. It's great to experience that feeling again. When jumping into it headfirst, you cannot do anything else, except go ahead.

     

    A release date?

    If everything goes according to plan, I might have deadlines met before the end of the year. But it looks more like the beginning of the next. It depends on how much "magic gets going."

     

    So it might be a good Christmas gift?

    It is an essential item on the wish list for each of my fans. Right now I do not know yet.

    Quite. To say Anastacia isn't at least partially responsible for her demise is RIDICULOUS.

     

    This will no doubt be an unpopular opinion, but even had she released Defeated or Heavy Rotation instead of I Can Feel You, she'd have STILL bombed, because the basic fact is that NONE of the material from that album came even CLOSE to the likes of Left Outside Alone or I'm Outta Love. And sadly for her, Anastacia was NEVER one of those huge megastars (like say Britney) who could be assured of a hit no matter what $h!t they dribbled out. The whole thing was doomed from the beginning. And unless you're going to argue that Anastacia is a complete pop industry puppet who only sang what she was told to sing, then she IS accountable. She must have known ICFY was a STINKER.

     

    And lest we forget, it wasn't JUST the APPALLING record that buried her, but also the lies about her age, the GROTESQUE plastic surgery, and the suicidal admission that she hated music that also killed of any credibility the woman may once have had. And you CAN'T blame the record company for any of THAT. She was her own PR disaster.

     

    Just to say, she did NOT SAY she hated music. The press made it up. She even wrote a blog about it!

    No she did not... That's a stupid thing to say. She fought to get the other singles released but Mercury refused to promote her after ICFY flopped so badly, she then had to fund her own tour and attempted to release the singles again but it fell through. It wasn't her fault!

    her not releasing the title track from her last album 'Heavy rotation' may have cost her her career, and i still stand by this opinion today.

    she chose to release the worst 3 songs from her last album.

    she had her shot and she lost it. Goodbye Anastacia!!!!

     

    She didn't choose. The record label chose those songs. She wanted Heavy Rotation and Defeated!

     

    She didn't even choose the album style or anything about it. MERCURY wrecked her career, not her. :rolleyes:

    And she's not trying to make fan-ily happen because it already has :P it's been there for years! The same as 'sprock' and other terms she's coined... The Queen was in quotation marks because she was being sarcastic, chill :P.

    not let go . Its so anoying how she copy's Anastacia

    her rings her glasses and she has even started doing

    smiling faces when she signs .

    Anastacia's voice sound amazing on this tour .

    But it has to be said I do not hate Lulu as much as Ne-Yo .

    I'll never forgive him fo ICFY .

     

    I don't have an issue with Lulu but I have noticed the things she's starting doing of Anastacia, but like you said I hate Ne-Yo after ICFY. Ew.
